    Cons: bathroom very small; outlets loose so couldn't plug in charger and have it stay. not enough plug-in's in bedroom. hook for bathroom too high; rooms need updating;

    Pros: Good location for mayo appointments. Shuttle services a plus! Very friendly and helpful staff. Dining great!
    Cons: Maybe clean the room carpets better?

    Good Value for Mayo Clinic...

    Pros: I especially appreciated the free shuttle service. I was in Rochester to help my son after he broke his ankle and being able to get to a grocery store, Mayo Clinic and the airport was a huge help. All of the shuttle drivers were very friendly and provided helpful information. The room was quite large with a microwave, refrigerator and hot pot. I did not eat at the restaurant on site so I cannot review that. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the downtown area.
    Cons: The breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing special with paper plates and plastic utensils.

    Pros: Staff was great we stayed here because of how close it was to mayo and they allowed us fo leave car and go back and forth to mayo for free with the shuttle. We had a last minute cancelation of a babysitter and they allowed our youngest daughter to stay with us place was perfect size! We will stay again
    Cons: I didn't like that in the bathroom of the pool we weren't able to shut the main door so anyone could see you change in the locker room part of bathroom and it was hard to find a parking spot

    Pros: Friendly staff, Shuttle service and drivers great! Continental breakfast a plus and dining great. All and all our stay made our trip less stressful. Thank you and look forward to our next stay.

    Pros: The size and layout of the suite was awesome. Perfect layout! The excellent food at the hotel restaurant. So many options for gluten-free. I've never seen a full menu for gluten free! Thank you!!
    Cons: I would have liked breakfast until 11. I think ending at 10 is too early on a Sunday morning.

    Stressful!!!

    Pros: Shuttle to appointment. Restaurant in hotel
    Cons: Spouse in wheelchair. Not very nice for handicapped people. Family member had to sleep on loveseat because there was pee on the hidebbed mattress. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds.
