Cons: ‘Deluxe suite’ was taking liberties. A classic case of the photos and room description not matching the reality. The worst thing, though, was the incessant noise of ducts and generators outside. The most money we’ve ever spent on a mediocre hotel, not helped by the ever weaker British pound.

Cons: Dirty bathroom roaches in the shower, no shower door or curtain. All the floors gets wet when you shower. Awful design. Mousse trap in the room. No fridge in the room, no way to control the heat temperature was at 75 we couldn't sleep or breathe. From desk never answered. Staff at the front desk is rude. Music is super loud and disturbing! Not worth your money/ savings! The kids had an awful experience with roaches in the shower

Pros: The location was great for us. We were given a very noisy room (street traffic) upon our arrival and had very little sleep on the first night, spoke to the night manager (Tony) who was very helpful and offered us a better room without question.

We were fooled by old...

Pros: Nothing. It’s a run down, poorly kept excuse with staff who have become numb to the complaints.

Cons: Too much to list. This is a mistake we won’t repeat. Outdated, dirty, outlets are all loose. Fine if you don’t mind a shock every time you plug in. An overnight in a hot dog cart would have been a better choice.
