Cons: The front and bathroom door handle need fixing. The pillows were lumpy and too high. I asked to be in a quiet room away from the stairs and he put me at the top of the stairs. Our neighbours were very roudy until 11.30pm. Coffee machine didn't work. Curtains didn't close properlyThere was rubbish outside everywhere. The pool was closed and had been deemed unsafe.

SECOND WORST HOTEL STAY!!!!

Pros: That it was close to where we was going and close to the market.

Cons: 1. The staff weren't friendly, they always watched from a room above when we returned to are room at night, seemed to always be walking around are room and vehicle. 2. The room was filthy, and unsafe. There were holes in the ceiling and floors. The walls were unfinished. We had a floor heater that triggered the breaker and our lights went out. 3. In the restroom there was blood spotting in the corner behind the toilet, was hair in the shower from previous customers. Bath towels or mat was dirty. 4. And my second child found a needle in the bed. 5. Didn't appreciate the staff harassing are relatives about there dogs and wanting to charge them more even after they paid. 6. I have pictures from are stay. 7.vending machines charging more then the amount posted on machine. 8. NO ICE MACHINES. 9. staff cleaning breakfast area bare footed. 10. I BELIEVE WE DESERVE COMPENSATION FOR ARE AWFUL STAY!!

Cons: The rooms were unfinished. The staff was unfriendly. No swimming pool and advertisement for hotel misleads you by showing swimming pool as operable.

Pros: When the hotel receptionist stopped following and watching every move we made, even looking in our vehicle while unloading our car.

Cons: I did not like that the hotel receptionist was trying to charge more than the booking price. I also didn't like that after I paid the pet fee of $20 per dog (2) and was denied a receipt for paying the $40 pet fee . I was continuously harassed throughout my stay about my dogs. I was asked 5 times to pay $40 because I did not have a receipt that I had already paid, and it was not noted that i had paid for the dogs on their system when i first arrived to checkin i wasn't even allowed futher onto the property or even to rent didnt pay for the dogs first! I questioned both men about why I didn't get a receipt for the dogs and was told that they would email the receipt, which I have not received at this time. Now, once in the room, we had broken pipes coming out of the floor in the bathroom with the bottom wall missing. The tiles were also broken, causing a cut on the foot . There was also no heating in the room, but we were given an electric plug-in heater that kept shorting out. The men were not very approachable and made it very uncomfortable to try and talk to them to fix suitation. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. We found old hard gummies all over the floor. Also, I did not like that the pictures on booking were very deceiving. The rooms look nothing like the photos pictured on the site. Overall it was a very uncomfortable stay due to feeling like we were in the wrong at all times for no reason .

Cons: Carpet was black, very gross. Tile was broken in the bathroom. Large gap in the door. Very rundown. Staff wasn't nice.

Cons: Room was pretty gross. There was dark hair ALL over the shower wall and dark hair in my bed. The room had a bad smell. Two towels were given for two people for a 3 night stay. We asked for extras and they smelled so bad we couldnt use them- left early

Pros: The front desk was very attentive. I could tell they were starting reservations.

Cons: There was no heat in my room, there was a space heater but that stopped working after 5 minutes, so I was very cold, the bathroom window opened to an alley that I wasn’t very secure in its latching capability. The pool was closed for safety concerns.

Disappointing

Cons: Very dirty. The little rolling plug-in heater was awkward.

Pros: It was located near many places to eat & visit

Cons: The had a bad smell & looked as if it was under repair. The only heat in cold snow was a space heater so it was cold the whole time. The room was not children safe with exposed wires & rusty pipes & drywall open at the baseboards.

Pros: The room was dated and parts of the base molding were missing. To suffice, it wasn't what I was expecting when I was told it was a Wyndham hotel.

Cons: Besides the quality of the room the lack of ev vehicle charging ports was a disappointment too.

Cons: The advertising doesn’t match what seen in person, like people are expecting and luxury stay but it’s completely different than the pictures. Everything is dirty , internet didn’t work, floors are filthy my one year olds feet got black fast and we’ve stayed at previous places and that never happened to his feet, the people wouldn’t give us back our refund cause they were mad cause we didn’t stay. Everything was just dirty and disgusting. 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here at all!!!!
