    Pros: It was fine.
    Cons: I booked a room for 3 adults. 2 Double Beds and a sofa bed. It came to $175, which is very high for what it was. I booked it because the reviews were high for cleanliness. It was clean, but it was nothing special and not recently updated. The sofa mattress was a joke. I cannot believe that this company would actually have a mattress that was so thin and old, that you could feel the springs inside of it. I called a staff member to come look at it, and he left us waiting for a very long time after I complained, and we were exhausted as it was after 10 and we had been driving all day. He came back, finally, and said there was nothing he could do but brought bedding for the sofa bed. There was none in the room. He brought a comforter in which the stuffing inside was all bunched up, and he apologized and went to get another one. I believe he did everything he could, and he seemed to be sorry that he could not help in a better way. My son, a 23-year-old grown man did sleep on the sofa bed after we put a comforter on top of it to make it softer. I asked the staff member if I could at least get a discount, and he said he would check, but I never heard a word about it after that. Sometime after midnight, a family must have arrived at the hotel and booked the room above us. It was as if children were jumping and running around above our heads. It was SO loud. I am not sure why, but I have never heard such loud movement noises from the level above. Overall I regretted booking this hotel and felt like it was a terrible value.

    Pros: Exceptionally clean and well cared for. Comfortable beds. Very good lighting in bathroom; good for applying makeup! A wonderful breakfast reminiscent of what used to be served with fresh-tasting items. Very friendly staff. Very good price.

    Pros: The hotel choices in Moriarty are slim. Sadly, Best Western is one of the better options.
    Cons: The hotel charges a $250 security deposit for cleaning fees for smoking in the room. Naturally the hold is released once the room is inspected and not smoked in. The charge is excessive!! We had to pay for the cost of the room plus the cleaning hold.
