Disappointing

Pros: Location. Close to a metro station.

Cons: They are showing photos of nice and cozy rooms but actually they are very basic and uncomfortable. If I knew how the room really looked like I would have never been booked this hotel.

Basics ok

Pros: Close to amenities and metro, friendly staff, clean.

Cons: Small shower cabin, noisy water pipes, room is tired, there was some smell.

good, but very disappointing that...

Pros: Well, my room 707 was very small, at least with a view of Sacre-Coeur. Overall I was happy with the room as it was functionally very good, had a large bed and was very clean and gave the impression of being newly renovated. The breakfast was also good.

Cons: I booked a comfort single room. This should be on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard, and should have, among other things, a minibar, a cupboard, coffee and tea facilities and a kettle and even a dressing room. Unfortunately, I only had a room description in German with me and was in a big hurry when checking in and came back to the hotel very late, at this time I got the key for room 707. Room 707 was on the 7th floor, with a street view without most of the amenities mentioned. When I asked, I was told I had only booked a single room. The satellite reception was extremely bad, only three French channels. were provided In summary, my stay was pleasant, but I am very disappointed that my accommodation did not meet many of the features mentioned

It was comfortable but far...

Pros: The room and bedding were clean. Train and bus stations to any destination in the city are in less than 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Cons: The neighbourhood was not very good and clean. The location was very far from the city centre. The room, specifically the bathroom was very small. There wasn't any coffee or tea or even a kettle in the room. It was too expensive for that level of service.

Be aware of construction works...

Pros: Room is quiet with good noise isolation. The breakfast was not bad, and they kept replenishing with good quality products. 2 blocks South of the hotel the area is nice with cafes and easy to reach Mont martre by walking.

Cons: There was a lot of construction work in the street in front of the hotel, and inside the hotel as well, with lots of noise and dust in common areas, and it was difficult to use the lift as was used for the works. Would have been better to receive some communication from the hotel beforehand telling about the ongoing works, or offer some discount due to the inconvenience. The area around the metro station can be a bit dodgy especially during night. The Air-conditioning in the room was not working properly and the bathroom is incredibly tiny.

Good place to go with...

Pros: It got access to public transport very close what gave us the chance to reach everywhere pretty fast. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Good place for go with friends. A lot of places to go for a drink or dinner close to the hotel.

Cons: The noise made for the construcion works early in the mornig outside (not hotel fault) The side of the room looks bigger in the pictures. The dust on the stairs becacuse the renovations works (I understand that it is temporary)

Comfortable, small room. Dodgy location....

Pros: The room was comfortable & cosy - with plenty of side lights, small fridge, tea facilities and clean. The most helpful aspect were the friendly staff and good Wi-Fi. Also, close to the metro and various supermarkets/Fast Food outlets.

Cons: Although close to the metro, you don’t want to be walking around too much by yourself in the dark…..location a little dodgy. I got scammed in a taxi and lost 900€. Spent the last day filing a police report! Bathroom a little small and lack of hot water. Some milk sachets would be handy to go with the tea facilities for future recommendation.

Good value for the price....

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful; the location was close to various restaurants and transportation points. It was possible to leave luggage on the last day after the check out which made my day easier.

Cons: The room was rather small and the hot water was not working in the sink for the first couple of days.

Cons: We strongly advise AGAINST considering this hotel for your stay, as it puts you at significant health and financial risks due to a bedbug infestation. Our experience with the staff was extremely disappointing and the staff revealed to be very dishonest, with little regard for customer well-being. Upon arrival on February 29th, 2024, my friend and I discovered a bedbug in the toilet a few hours after arrival. We promptly informed the hotel reception, seeking a refund and immediate departure. The presence of bedbugs is not only a severe health concern but also carries financial implications for affected individuals. The hotel staff blatantly disregarded the seriousness of the situation, repeatedly denying the problem despite clear evidence in form of pictures and videos. For instance, when a staff member “inspected” the room alone and claimed it was bug-free, we later discovered the bedbug still present upon returning for a forgotten item. Such blatant dishonesty not only put the health of guests at high risk but also perpetuates the spread of bedbugs to unsuspecting travelers' homes. Despite our request for a refund, the staff insisted on delaying the process, citing the need for consultation with management. However, their promises proved hollow, as we remained without a resolution days later, with attempts to reach them futile. This lack of accountability and communication further underscores the hotel's untrustworthiness. In summary, this hotel's negligence regarding the bedbug infestation and dishonest handling of customer concerns make it an UNNACEPTABLE choice for accommodation.

Wait till it’s ready renovated...

Cons: The hotel should have closed down white it renovated. Impossible to sleep with sounds from drills and workers. They also tried to give us a different room than what we ordered to hide the mess and noise. One day the room wasn’t cleaned. It has potential and the staff is nice but I would avoid this hotel until it’s ready renovated. Close to Montmartre and a Metro but you have to walk a few hundred meters to be in nice surroundings.

Back in my Montmartre stomping...

Pros: I used to live in this neighborhood so I felt right at home. The front desk held an important package for me and we were immediately on an informal first name basis. I did not need breakfast, in fact I left very early for CDG airport.

Cons: 1. No hairdryer 2. One administrator was inhospitable. I felt uncomfortable when asked him about the help. 3. Booking.com informed that I should paid in advance 50%. The hotel booked this amount, but when I arrived I paid 100%. I was informed that I will get amount (first 50%) back, but still nothing. 4. Extremely small bathroom
