    Cons: The wifi - connection and login was too much in this day/age. Also i needed to work and downloading a file was super slow, which made working far moe complcated then other hotels visited. Otherwise a great trip and would come back...just not to work!

    Great fo cyclists.

    Pros: Firstly, the bike room was excellent. It had numerous power points for charging our e-bikes. It was secure. The hotel was still grand, if a little faded. It still has charm. The bedroom was huge with shuttered windows which kept it cool in the 30 degree heat. The grounds and gardens were beautiful.
    Cons: The wifi. When it worked, which wasnt often, was hopelessly slow. The breakfast restaurant was far to small for so many people. The tables were too close together and walking frames parked between tables made it very awkward to move around the self service. It wasnt enjoyable.

    Pros: Really well located Building is gorgeous and the common areas are really nice Breakfast is really good with a large variety of choice Beds are comfy The staff is really nice
    Cons: The rooms are okay but not as good as the common areas We never had proper hot water, only kinda warm even though we tried to shower in the mornings or at the end of the day Its a bit overpriced but I guess its because we went there during the high season

    Perfect stay, perfect staff.

    Pros: In the room was too cold, there are old/traditional windows. But excellent Staff managed everything, we received an electrical radiator and it was perfect. There is a lot of space outside, hotel should build something for children - playground. There is also no space for children in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel not for children but for adults. For adults is perfect, very good location for ski.
    Cons: Heating in the room. The pool should not be additional paid...it is not good 15 eur per person for 2 hours.

    Pros: The buffet breakfast was quite good. The bedrooms were very large, old fashioned. Excellent grounds at the Best Western, Villard de lans France. The morning receptionist was quite sweet which was really agreable. The night one was helpful. I liked the spa.
    Cons: The buffet staff were rather commanding. There is a way of saying things which make the disagreable more acceptable...The chairs in the bedrooms were not comfortable.The swimming pool was not heated enough. Someone told me that there was a swimming against the current system which was not strong enough.

    Pros: The location in Villard city center and the room views are great.
    Cons: It is dated, very old rooms with bad sound insulation from above and sides. Service is fair but all in all not acceptable for the price

    Pros: Loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the location higher in the small village, great staff, excellent cleaning and strict measures fo post covid makes everyone safe. Thank you SO much for being our home away from home!
    Cons: Nothing to dislike. All good.
