    Well located hotel with helpful staff

    Pros: Helpful staff and central location for all we needed to do
    Cons: Could have done with a bit of freshening up of decor, fixtures and fittings especially in bathroom.

    We stay here a lot because of position.

    Pros: Location is great. Handy for Altrincham and the Met Station. Breakfast choices are ok.
    Cons: No a/c in the room. Light over mirror not working. Chairs in bar very worn and tatty. Orange juice at breakfast was awful. Would be nice to have net curtains at window for light and privacy, especially in rooms overlooking the road.

    Wonderful

    Comfortable and easy parking

    Pros: Good value and convenient for the airport. A bit dated but comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Especially Cheyenne and Jo on our arrival. We were stressed as our flight was cancelled but they were great.
    Cons: The guest advice sheet in the room is out of date. It states phone chargers available but this is not the case. Understandable why and we walked to a nearby garage easily. A small thing overall but easy to remedy.

    Cons: The bathroom was not up to standard dirty towels, and the shower was not very good at all
