Pros: This was a fine mid-range option in Townsend. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Location is nice, right in central Townsend. This is a good mid-range option if you do not want any extras.

Cons: Staff @ check-in was lacking in personality/friendliness. At check-in, they are adamant about pets not being on furniture. I had my 14lb dog, and I had brought her dog bed, so I understood the rules and am happy to abide. However, when we pulled our bed down that evening, it was full of black pet hair (I'm hopeful it was pet hair). I travel frequently, so I had a small cleaner and was able to clean things up myself. The bathroom was also lacking as it, too, had human hair everywhere. I cleaned that as well, not sure I'll stay at this location again.

Pros: The people working there. They all seemed to want to be helpful. Instead of keeping their nose in their phones, they knew how to hold a conversation.

Cons: They may want to have a professional check out the wiring. Either the switch was wired backwards or installed backwards. One isn't much of anything. The other could be a hazard.
