Cons: Bathroom is a prefab plastic cabin. Every floorboard moves and creaks in the building. No sound isolation between rooms - v noisy No bedside lights, in fact the only light in the room is the main ceiling light

it was okay but i wouldn't go again because of the mattress issue, if they say they fixed it then ok

Pros: everything else was fine apart the below.

Cons: everything is good but the mattresses are hell...... they go deep in and you can't enjoy the sleep. you wake up multiple times by feeling all your bones suffering and it is very annoying.... that's the thing that if it is changed, you can consider it one class up.

Pros: None of the stay in this hotel. Was like climbing the highest mountain of death to out room. Stairs so narrow.

Cons: Our rooms were so disgusting . Hairs in bed. Most the electric was wires hanging out. Beds so uncomfortable and dirty. Bathroom and shower were so tidy couldn't turn in there and metal step to get in and out of Bathroom. My son was in shower turned and slipped out of shower. Really hurt and badly brused side left rip. Took so many pictures..taking my son to a+e as he's baby hurt. Would never advise anyone to go there. So expensive for the poor rooms.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - 5 mins walk from the station and there were various restaurants/cafes/shops around. Beds were comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom was VERY small, and our room was on the last floor which made it a bit difficult to carry luggage etc. Walls are thin so you hear everything from other rooms.

Pros: Place is a dump. Dirty room Avoid this place

Cons: Checked in at 19:00 and checked out by 22:30. Place was small and the stairs was a mission. Room was smaller than a prison cell. Tv didnt work properly, bed was uncomfortable, no sockets to plug kettle in, bathroom was to share with 6 other rooms.

Pros: The location was great.

Cons: The TV had no signal for most of the night and morning. The bed was so small and you could hardly move around the room. We had one cup which was dirty and had lipstick on. The shower had black around the bottom in which we wouldnt shower in.
