Pros: I liked the interactions I had with other patrons. Some of the staff was very kind and considerate (thank you ladies), yet others were very rude when dealing with a certain situation.

Cons: The walls were so thin we could hear the people next to us word for word. We had to whisper in our own room. We felt every uncomfortable. Staff left us hanging and took 3ish hours to fix. I had to push for them to do something. Poor treatment.

Pros: The room surprised me. There was a massive soaker tub in there that i wasnt expecting! Its an older hotel so there are things that need repaired but nothing major. The hot tub was perfect!! Perfect temp to unwind. Was definitely needed!!

Cons: Some older things needed repaired, like my closet door track needs some attention...maybe just some wd40. And the adjoining room door didnt lock or shut fully so there was a chair in front of it.

Pros: Very clean, looked nice, easy to get to. Plenty of parking, very clean

Cons: The parking garage has super tight turns to go up each level, however there was overflow parking across the street for bigger vehicles (we were in a small car)
