    Very good

    Pros: The hotel is located just in front of the beach. If you are coming by car, then you have to park your car at some nearby paid parking area, but hotel staff will be there to guide and help you. I found the staff very polite and helpful. there is an attached restaurant also. you can enjoy your food, seating just next to the beach, with the beautiful ambience. food quality was also very good.
    Cons: We faced some difficulties related to the parking area. as the parking area lane was narrow and steep. except that nothing is there to complain about.

    The stairs need a handrail otherwise superb!

    Pros: Wonderful position, very relaxing especially sitting on the verandah looking at the sea. Helpful staff.
    Cons: The staircases are relatively steep, the steps concrete THERE IS NO HANDRAIL. This is potentially a nasty accident waiting to happen. This situation needs attention.

    Pros: Romm was nice..just had the issue with fan regulator which was immediately replaced..and another problem is of hot water it operates with the help of solar panels so can't get hot water early in the morning. Apart from that our stay was awesome.

    Pros: Location is awesome. Right in front of beach. The restaurants and shops are at a stone's throw. Rooms are big and bathrooms are also large and good. The restaurant attached to the hotel is quite good with nice food.
    Cons: Rooms in the first floor would be better. We got ground floor which had dank smell. Also TV and tubelight not working in one of the rooms. They said they will fix next day which never happened. There is no parking of the hotel, you have to pay 100 per day for parking. No hot water.
