Pros: The staff was very helpful. Free coffee and hot drinks at the reception. Really enjoyed the attentions.

Cons: Very costly. Just like everything in Valencia. Over 800 for a 2 bed bedroom for a week. Without breakfast. Is too much in my opinion. But as I say, it is a very costly city.

It was alright for the price we paid. Super convenient that the hotel is close to many bus stops.

Pros: The bed was super comfortable. Reception staff was really nice. Free coffee, tea and chocolate milk. The room was well equipped, we had working air conditioning and the location was close to several bus stops.

Cons: The bathroom was not well maintained. It was not dirty, it was obvious that they were cleaning the rooms every day, but there was rust forming in the shower and toilet, and the air vent from the bathroom was really dusty. There was no toilet brush. The WiFi signal was extremely poor in our room, couldn't do much on it. Also, the downside of the location is that it's super noisy from traffic.

Pros: The staff gave good help, it is a big family hotel with a relaxed realm and a good breakfastbuffet. We liked to g with a bicycle to town, that is easy and safe with the via Verde.

Pros: The hotel was in a good location, close to public transport to get to the city centre & art district. The staff were lovely & allowed us to check in 2 hours early. While there was no tea & coffee making facilities there was a free vending machine in reception that was available 24 hours. Parking was on site & because of the location we could park for 2 days & use a 48 hour transport pass to get around.

Cons: The bathroom floor flooded both mornings because the shower drain didn't clear quickly enough.
