The room was clean, but amenities were severely lacking based on the price we paid.

Cons: Hot water only worked on our first night and never seemed to warm up afterwards, regardless of time of day and how long we let it warm up as the hotel advised. The WiFi was out the entire stay - while we were not in our hotel room for the majority of the day, it was frustrating to come back to the room and not be able to connect. Breakfast had very minimal choices and no fresh options like fruit.

Pros: The facilities were as per description/photos , very clean and helpful staff . The entry information was first class and owners were always available to help

Cons: only small gripe was we had booked 9 rooms, but they were split over 2 buildings which did not know about till arrived however they were in next building, but did not spoil whay we thought

Conformtable and clean place, no luxury.

Pros: Everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fair, but it was what I expected when I read previous reviews.

Cons: The room was clearly lacking maintenance, there was a fridge inside the room which didnt work. There had been some moisture problem and it wasnt well fixed (see pictures). Overall it was ok, but I was expecting a bit more for the price.

Cons: We had such a disappointment when we arrived. When we booked, we only checked the hotel from booking.com as we did not have time, and it did not say that it was a 1 star hotel. We did not expect the hotel to be rooms only with self service for breakfast. There was lack of transparency regarding a-lot of things including the breakfast that we had to prepare ourselves, the city tax that they asked additionally for, the noise we woke up on every morning of other people having breakfast outside our room, the heating. Considering the price we paid for the room, it was not worth it.

Pros: The room is very comfortable. We lived on the 5th floor in 1 room. Good renovation. Breakfast is included, but you can have breakfast even in the evening. From the station about 20 minutes on foot. metro and buses are very close. Shops and cafes nearby. The staff is very friendly. I recommend.

Pros: Good localisation, comfy bed, great communication with the owner. Breakfast was a great option. Room service was nice as well.

Pros: Good location, we could walk to the downtown. The place was clean and warm (we were there in December), coffee any time. Supermarket, and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Conveniently located Gem with Comfortable Rooms, despite noise and breakfast shortcomings

Pros: The property showcased an ideal location near key tourist spots and the metro, making exploration effortless. The modern room, despite being in an older building, was a comfortable retreat. The daily room upkeep and the accommodating staff, especially with an early check-in, were commendable.

Cons: However, the breakfasts simplicity didnt align with the rooms price tag, and the absence of bread throughout our stay was disappointing. The buildings age resulted in substantial noise intrusion from neighboring apartments and the street, affecting the overall tranquility. In essence, despite these drawbacks, the hotels convenience factor significantly contributed to an overall pleasant stay, enhancing the experience despite some minor inconveniences.
