We had a wonderful. The property was great and in an ideal location!! Would definitely be back!

Pros: Loved the location and the view!! We had a room right in front of the boat dock and loved watching the manatees!!

Cons: Furniture downstairs wasnt super comfortable and it was very humid in the complex. Made everything feel damp and a little musty!

My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

Pros: The perfect getaway for our family. The service and accommodations were wonderful, having the sister resort to utilize was a nice bonus. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond for us. The facilities were clean as well.

Cons: This is out of their control but the beach area, like everywhere else on the island is not what we were used to with the beaches in the Carolinas. That being said, the water is gorgeous, they provide an area roped off for swimming, etc.

Pros: It was two couples, so we liked that we each could have our own king size bedroom. We also had two full baths in the Bayview unit. We also liked the daily house cleaning. We liked to be able to hang out have coffee in the morning and drinks at night with the living room and kitchen place overall was nice, but definitely not right across the street from the other amenities at the Islander. You definitely had to get in your car and go down the road, but there was a shuttle (golf cart) supposedly although I never really saw the guy, I guess you have to call him.

Cons: I didnt like the whole bracelet/key thing because they stopped working twice in our three nights stay, which was annoying because you could not get into your unit until they came over to let you in. Also, there was some weird nonsense going on with the fans /lights in the bedrooms in unit 118 I dont know if they have all the fans with the lights in the bedrooms programmed on one code, but the people next-door were turning our fan lights on and off which was pretty annoying at night. We told the front desk twice and they didnt seem to care. It seems like an easy fix if maintenance put the effort in.
