Pros: Loved the location and the fact there was an elevator to the different floors

Cons: The shower ran out of hot water very fast, and I didn’t like that they kicked you out of your room from 11am-3pm to clean

Pros: The location is nice and the price very fair. But it’s not the perfect facility, shared toilets (only one for lots of rooms) and the breakfast staff was SUPER rude with me and my mom, even mistreated her in the breakfast queue.

Pros: I did not find anything cheaper in the centre of Paris. Honestly you get what you pay for. I did not expect anything super nice. Great locality, very friendly stuff, you get nice breakfast as well. If you are only looking for a place to sleep, not fancy, this is a great choice!

Cons: I know that you have to pay a city tax, so I was not a surprice that they charged us after arrival, but they charged us additional “other tax” (approx. 20euros), which I do not think was nesessery. When we arrived, the room was really cold! We turned the heater on, so it was better after a while in the room, but the privite bathroom we had was really really cold for the whole time, so it was not comfortable to take shower there. You do not get a towel, which we expected so we took ours, but there was even no hand soap at the private bathroom - it would be nice to provide some. You get a blanket with no bedding/bed sheet, so I did not feel comfortable knowing that someone used it before me.

My stay was disappointing and...

Pros: I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel. The condition of the place was terrible, and there was a pervasive smell of paint throughout. What's more surprising is that they didn't allow us to access our room from 11 AM to 3 PM. When I booked the rooms, there was no mention of such restrictions, which I find highly unethical. Consequently, I was unable to enter my room during that time. Furthermore, the hotel attempted to upsell us on breakfast, which was initially advertised as included. However, they charged extra for additional items, and the portions provided were disappointingly small. In addition, during check-in, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a city tax, which was not disclosed during the booking process. This lack of transparency caught me off guard, and it's something future guests should be prepared for.

Cons: Booking system a complete mess. Multiple emails received after booking confirmation. One to say card had been declined and that I then had to checkin online entering all my details which they already had again. Their site then doesn’t process the payment either it just times out. Also sent an email rejecting my checkin time. When queried via chat I was getting one response every two or three hours. Just a badly drawn out process. The place I ended up staying in was a simple process just like any other hotel.
