Pros: Breakfast was normal.

Cons: Upon arrival had to call to check in, even if they knew what time we were arriving since we hired a cab with them. Bed was too hard and toilet was clogged. Paid for the premium suite. Called before arrival. Just not the right fit.

Cons: I would not recommend this hotel! It is super old, you have the feeling you are staying at a hostel, the shower tap was broken and breakfast is terrible. I really don't understand how it is considered a 4 star hotel when it should be 2 star maximum.

Pros: Our first stop in Beunos Aires was great - Clean property with nice rooms in a fantastic location in Palermo. The staff was also very helpful in helping us find places to eat or explore.

Hotel is pretty good. But breakfast service/food ruined the whole experience.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and location was good. Rooms are pretty standard. I had requested a crib on my reservation and they had the room prepared before my arrival which is a plus.

Cons: Breakfast was beyond terrible. They outsource the breakfast to the next door restaurant. Terrible service and food. You don't get to choose what to eat, its just a fixed menu of a croissant, a cold toast, a few pieces of fruit, coffee and a dose of juice that is almost a joke (more like a shot dose). When I asked for more juice waiter told me he would charge extra (even though we were a party of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children and initially had asked for only 2 juices). All this with a long wait time.

Very good

Pros: The location was perfect!! Loved the complimentary breakfast as well. The room was spacious and cute and I loved the balcony!

Cons: The beds were a little stiff and I wish there was an extra blanket since I got cold at night. Also, I never figured out how to use the safe. The instructions referenced a button to push to reset the code, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
