Pros: 15 min ride from the airport. Quite, clean, spacious, good WiFi, clean pool, good breakfast, nice personnel, I can book airport transfer for 100k IDR.

Pros: The stuff was really nice and friendly. The food was great, the pool was very nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Great accommodation for the price. Definitely recommend.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like that much was the location at a very busy road but Denpasar is very busy in general.

Cons: Charged me for flowers on bed for honeymoon decorations. Would be ok but when I arrived the receptionist asked for payment up front before we could go into the room for the decoration. He ruined the surprise but I paid. The room AC shows options to change temperature but the temperature never goes below 22. The shower was dirty. The room card did not work after the first day. They do not allow any orders from the room such as Grab. You have to order from their restaurant.

Loving staff made our vacation unforgettable

Pros: We had a nice room with access to the pool, where we swam a few lengths in the morning. The pool was open from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. use. The security ensured peace from this point on. The beds are very comfortable, so we had a restful sleep. Since we only had one chair in the room and my husband is already 80 years old, we asked for a second chair, which was brought to our room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and fulfilled all of our wishes. My husband also received a vegetarian breakfast specially prepared for him. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant. It is very clean and pleasantly airy and the offering is varied, rich and tasty. For our 24th wedding anniversary we received a beautiful flower arrangement and candles. We would especially like to thank Fernando, our hotel manager, and his team. We came as guests and left as friends. We can only recommend the hotel. Although it is centrally located, it is quiet. We'd love to come back.

Cons: Rooms are dirty and smell like a toilet, it is the only place we have been in Indonesia where you will receive bad service and despite this you will be charged the largest service charge on an already overly expensive dinner. Highly advise against staying here
