    Pros: The kitchen
    Cons: No walls in all of the rooms, everything is paper thin. Also they kicked us all out and IAM still waiting on a refund.

    Pros: The price was good, booking was easy and straightforward, the location was very good, the rooms were clean, just the bathroom needed to be cleaned more often.
    Cons: The cleanliness was not up to par, but they tried. They shut down the facility and put us out without any notice. I came from my job to find my things missing, and was told to find somewhere else to stay. The police came and just said we have to leave, no question asked. I had just rebooked starting that same morning. They could have given us some kind of notice.

    Pros: Oh, it was great! I keep coming back here every time I visit New York. Definitely recommend.
    Cons: The fact that the ceiling in the room is not connected to the walls and you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms.

    Cons: The building should never be allowed to be a rooming house you can hear your roommate conversation, the next door occupants private business and their sexual inter course actions.

    Pros: I liked that it was close by a train
    Cons: No ceilings in the rooms so you could hear everybody. There were seedy characters staying there that harassed me. No breakfast. THe bathrooms were very dirty
