Pros: Very comfertable bed, quiet room, friendly staff, location isn't too bad

Cons: Small room for the money, only one power point for the whole room (one other in the bathroom), nowhere for large suitcases, whole hotel smells of the lower ground pool and sauna, frequent LOUD disco music in lobby, "towel rail" is on the basin so towel hangs on the floor, no hot water on our last morning for a shower, chair in our balcony ripped, glass front doors of hotel chipped, our 'free' breakfast was disgusting (ice cold scrambled eggs????)

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I highly recommend this establishment, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

Pros: The room was really nice, and the bed really comfortable, I didn’t use any off the facilities in the hotel or had breakfast there, so I can only rate my time in the room, which was prefect, didn’t have any complaints and the staff were really friendly and always greeted me when I entered or left the hotel. Also a big bonus was I was able to leave my luggage there after check out, I’m not sure how long you can leave it as I only needed to leave it for an hour to get something to eat before I had to leave for the airport.

Cons: No complaints but just be aware the shower is built in a way that’s it’s in the bedroom and bathroom with no curtains just clear glass. While this might not be an issue for a couple if you’re two friends or sharing with a family member, your probably going to have to leave the room when they shower to give them privacy.

Pros: I notified them ahead of time about my early arrival. And after a long flight from CA I walked in expecting them to hold my luggage until 3. Instead they told me the received my message and the room was ready!!! Also the staff at the front desk are exceptional. They helped me find my way around Barcelona and were always ready to assist.

Pros: Location was great, staff were helpful.

Cons: The neighbours were noisy with loud music, however when raising this with staff they contacted the inhabitants and got them to lower the noise. The enclosed balcony was not clean.
