Pros: Staff is amazing. Maintenance man is wonderful but over worked for a large property with a single employee. Wait staff in restaurant is superb. Big shout out for Laura ( great find from sister property) and manager that has been there a month. Don't remember her name: young,great smile,long blonde hair,super with staff. Bartenders really know their profession.

Cons: Had a negative encounter with one housekeeper.

We highly recommend to stay...

Pros: This hotel was perfectly located, had all of the amenities for our stay, and we enjoyed the breakfast provided. The sleeping accomodations were the best we've had while traveling. We will stay there again and have recommended for others to stay at this property.

Cons: The heat/air conditioning unit was very loud and cycled very often.

Pros: The brunch on Sunday was very good. The restaurant is pretty and the waiters were friendly. I enjoyed the omelet station and there was a variety of choices. The coffee was also quite good.

Cons: The bed mattresses are very uncomfortable. I do not know if they were old or economy. I would not go back for that reason. I ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower.

Overall, we had a good...

Pros: Great location and lovely ambiance. The continental breakfast was better than expected. A suggestion would be to change the offering. We were there for two days and it was exactly the same each day. Dinner was very good — also better than expected.

Cons: Regarding the room comfort, the chairs / seating could be a little more comfortable. We were in the room more than expected due to a snowstorm and the chairs were not comfortable for long stretches of seating.

We're glad we only stayed...

Pros: It's a beautiful property on the outside with an adjoining restaurant. Great and friendly staff.

Cons: The staff is stellar and helpful but the hotel rooms are OLD. Our first room had a rusty, old faucet in the bathtub. Plus, the bathtub didn't work properly. The front desk girl was very sweet and friendly and she moved us to a King room. Larger room with more modern amenities......still, the room looked outdated. They need a good renovation!

Pros: It's charming and beautiful. The hotel is well laid out and halls are bright and wide. With holidays decorations it's lovely!

Pros: The room and bath were spacious. The hotel decor is warm charming. An enormous, beautifully decorated Christmas tree was in the lobby! Excellent hot breakfast buffet was included with the room. The public areas were inviting and well used by guests.

Cons: The only problem we had was that the WiFi was very weak and pretty much useless.
