Pros: The breakfast was good and the location was great.

Cons: This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. The walls were very scratched up (black scratch marks all over them), big dusty areas all over the room (especially next to the cupboard) & the furniture was in an awful shape. Didn't even want to walk barefoot.

Pros: Location is great, right near Parque metro station. Bars and shops nearby. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The lift was not available during our stay so they gave us free breakfast to compensate. Rooms were clean and comfortable and it offers great value for a capital city hotel.

Cons: Only one or two plug sockets per room!

Cons: Very run down, terrible bathroom smells, no AC control, cheap bedding, awful breakfast experience, no elevator it was being replaced and I was on the fifth floor, elevator repair operations began at 8am and the sound of jack hammers in the Breakfast room was very loud. Wardrobe doors would not slide, I was just there for one night so just a place to crash but really pretty expensive for the offer

Cons: At arrival I was informed that the elevator is refurnished- I got a room in the 6th floor - with stairs very inconvenient to reach . Due to the works at the elevator the whole hotel was dusty . Although I asked for an invoice at arrival it took 15min at check-out to create it .

Cons: I sent this mail almost 20 days ago and I haven't yet got answer. Dear Sirs, I stayed in your hotel on September 2, 11 and 12 this year and I would like to inform you about the following: 1. You couldn't provide us with a "lunch packet" because our planned flight by airplane was scheduled earlier than breakfast time, but nevertheless you charged us for it. The same thing happened later in the Azores at the Canadian Urban hotel, where we got "lunch packet" without any problems. 2. The rooms we stayed in were not even similar to the ones on the pictures on your website. They were on the fifth floor and the elevator did not work for two days on the way back. That's why you didn't charge us for breakfast when we complained about it, but we were still exposed to harassment. 3. There were four of us, and I personally would have passed over all that if it hadn't happened that I forgot the watch in the room on the last day. My friend remembers that she saw it on my bed for the last time. I came back for the watch after three hours, it was 1:00 PM and the room was cleaned but there were no new guests. The staff didn't make much of an effort at all, and the maid said she didn't find anything. I was waiting to get home and just confirm that the watch was left at your hotel. Additionally, I had a case where in one country they chased me around the city to return things that I forgot in the store, but for the watch that was left in the room to disappear, I do not know what to say except that this is UNINCONVENIENT and UNACCEPTABLE to me. I am very disappointed.
