Pros: Do not stay here.

Cons: Room booked was not the room they had.I had to wait until 6pm for my room.I wanted late check-out and they said no after my room not being ready upon check-in.Front desk staff was rude. Cleaning took my dirty towels off the floor and hung them back up.

Pros: The room was very large and clean. They had plenty of parking.

Cons: Although the room was large, there was no where to sit other than on than on the bed. The included breakfast was a joke--breakfast sandwiches! Not what we were expecting AND it wasn't available till after 7am. We had a flight to catch so missed out on that "wonderful" meal.

Cons: Restroom was very small and door did not lock, shower wasnt the cleanest. Sometimes housekeeping would not come.

It was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended to stay here.

Pros: Stayed at the resort for 4 nights. The checkin process was pretty simple. Though had to wait till 2pm for the room as for early checkin the rooms were not available. The rooms were super spacious. There was a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine and even an ice bucket kept in the room. Though the bathroom was pretty small, it was decent and clean. Ample toiletries were provided. The room was cleaned every alternate day. And the service was well done. Did not use the pool at the resort but saw a lot of people using it so assumed it would be nice. Used the shuttle service for both the Disney park & the Universal studios. It was pretty easy and simple to book it. The stop for the i ride trolley is very close to the hotel. Just a 3/4 min walk. So its super convenient.

Cons: That there isnt enough cleaning staff for the rooms so your rooms isnt getting cleaned until 4/4:30pm when is the time I come to my room to get showered and dressed for the night time
