Pros: Nothing I liked, very disappointed

Cons: I was really disappointed when I went to that hotel, they didn't do exactly what they advertised on the website. They posted with MicroWave refrigerators and coffee makers but after i check in, there were none of those in the room, and the sheet very dirty look like they haven't change from the previous customers. so many empty parking lot, i asked them to change different rooms but they said full there were no more rooms with refrigerators and MicroWave coffee makers. they are dishonest way of doing business and defrauding customers. What a bad experience.

It is a nice place...

Pros: I went for a family vacation. me, my 2 daughters, and my father. One room 2 beds! WELL one of the beds had blood from the previous renter & we slept on it! The worker was very very rude about the situation & it didn’t get handled til over a month later by a new manager I appreciate her!

May be a nice place...

Pros: When we arrived at the destination the owner/operator helped us personally and gave us an early check in.

Cons: That is where the good experience ended, when we reached our floor it was obvious major renovation were underway. In our room there was coffee and condiments but no coffee pot, no microwave, no mini fridge, no ironing board, or iron despite there being obvious areas where each had been and each being listed on the website as room amenities. Also the TV would turn on but not change from the informational channel. We notified the front desk, they quickly brought a coffee pot up and never addressed the remaining issues. When we checked out the next morning, three days early, they were offended.

Worst hotel stay in my...

Pros: They offered free breakfast, however, I did not get a chance to eat anything because they closed it 9am.

Cons: Everything. The hotel was dirty with stains and a bad smell in the hallways. The front entrance of the hotel had food and trash. The employees did not seem professional and you could see them occasionally taking smoke breaks and talking on the phone outside the hotel. The room was freezing and took forever to adjust even after increasing the temperature. Overall the worst hotel experience ever.

Cons: I was given a room under construction, open walls, exposed pipes in the bathroom, very dirty. The bed was unmade, the sheets and pillows was in a bundle on the bed and dirty. The floor and furnitures were not clean from the co struction debris. There was a black plastic tarpaulin covering half the floor. I couldn't breath . I phoned the reception to tell them the room wasn't clean, I maintenance person turned up to fix a pipe in the bathroom and left. I had to call again and asked to be put in a different room, this was done. The second room was clean..

Pros: The hotel was really nice. I loved the cleanliness, and the great staff.

Cons: We wasn’t told ahead of time that the pool was down and that was our main reason for booking. Our tv didn’t work and they sent someone who didn’t speak English to try and communicate with us. We was told breakfast starts at 6. We went down at 6:25 and breakfast wasn’t ready, we was told they were behind but no one apologized nor did they do anything to compliment us.

I am not pleased.

Pros: The rooms weee fairly clean.

Cons: We had to change rooms because the television wouldn’t work. The halls smell of marijuana/weed. The curtains in the room were hanging loose and couldn’t be closed all the way. We didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave (not sure if your company is providing that anymore). Our son’s room did not have any towels. But most of all the maintenance man and the cleaning people could not speak any English at all. So it was difficult to ask for what we needed.

Worse hotel I’ve ever been...

Pros: Nothing!!

Cons: The room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator! They didn’t have clean sheets, the beds had bedbugs in them. The elevator was so slow and broke down at one point. The smoke detector was broken in the room. This one employee was very rude and did not assist us as she should have. It was a horrible stay and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, EVER!

Pros: I like the location of the property, not far at all from the heart of NOLA. The front desk staff was great, beautiful upon walking in appearance wise.

Cons: My only concerns about the property were firstly room service. The room was very clean upon arriving but room service did not come not one day, we stayed 3 nights. Elevator needs to be fixed, only 1 worked which is a pain when it’s multiple residents going up AND down all day, and the stairway was open to literally ANYONE. water pressure in sink and shower was super low. Lastly clean towels were never brought to room.

Pros: It was a place to sleep.

Cons: It was not clean. Someone spilled juice in the stairwell the morning we arrived, and no one ever cleaned it up. The pool looked like an alligator could have lived there, and the breakfast was a JOKE. For what we paid for this hotel, we could have stayed somewhere much cleaner. For what we paid, it should at least been clean. There is no excuse for that, except laziness.
