    Very Good

    An excellent hotel with good facilities, amazing staff and a top quality alacarte restaurant.

    Pros: The staff were amazing. The service was first rate they even providing us with a special cake and bottle of sparkling wine for a celebration. The bedroom was very comfortable with a wonderful sea view. The food in the top floor alacarte restaurant was excellent.
    Cons: We did not like Italian ground floor restaurant which felt like an underground car park! The pool bar was much better. We also did not like that there was no out door area to take breakfast although you could have room service and take breakfast on your balcony. We also did not like the absence of a decent beach. The area outside the hotel was unattractive and the beach worse! This is a hotel where you would probably not venture out which is what we would miss if we stayed longer.

    Paradise stay in Rhodes

    Pros: Everything! We upgraded to a room with a private pool, which was amazing. Staff and service were friendly and first rate. Food was excellent, especially since they changed the dinner buffet food each night. Views were spectacular. Pools were gorgeous. All was spotless and shining. Location was perfect. Easy to get cabs. We would definitely go backtomorrow!

    Pros: Everything! The staff is so kind and helpful, the food is great, the hotel provides you with everything you need and more for an amazing vacation! Just come and enjoy. We have already decided to come back and this time for more than a week
    Cons: It's a personal taste, but the mattress is too soft 4 me. On the other hand, my wife loved it

    Superb hotel, friendly staff, astounding amenities

    Pros: We had two side-sea-view rooms, one room for 3 children and one room for a couple for 10 days in August 2023. We loved the staff and their friendly helping attitude (thanks a million everybody !!!) The rooms are well furnished and very big and comfortable. The amenities of the hotel are extensive, and we used the tennis court, spa, gym, squash court and swimming pool. Everything was excellent quality. The location is perfect because it's close to everything. We rented a car and could get to Rhodes center in about 15 minutes. We took windsurfing lessons in the windsurfing school (Surfline Rhodes) a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The beach next to the hotel is pleasant, but the most beautiful beaches are on the other side (the east side) of the island.
    Cons: The door between the room and the main corridor is very thin and not-at-all soundproof so all the noise from the corridor gets through to the room. This is the only thing we would recommend fixing to get a perfect stay.

    Wonderful

    Wonderful and memorable stay

    Pros: We chose the all-inclusive package as we have a 2 year old so felt it would be a lot easier. The hotel was in a good location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute taxi journey into Rhodes. The swimming pool was very big. The restaurants were superb- we went to the Japenese restaurant twice and the greek restaurant one night. The buffet breakfast was good and we liked the a la carte menu. The staff were very accommodating and friendly - they gave lots of attention to our daughter.
    Cons: We found it to be a bit noisy on the 3rd floor in the morning with the cleaners and we could hear the music from the other hotel at night.

    Pros: Nice view from the room. Decent location. Good size room.
    Cons: Requests for some ice for the room were sometimes delivered for free, sometimes we got "oh for room service you need to order at least 10 euros" or best, when walking to the bar they asked for 4 euros (and a tip) to get a bucket of ice. Inconsistent and "5 star" is charing for getting some ice??? Had a meal in the restaurant. Ordered some wine, had to self serve the rest of the bottle. When I asked if I could take the remainder of the bottle to my room, the waiter said OK and just left the bottle for me to "wrap up". Overall, not a bad place but good at claiming "5 stars" and claiming the prices that go with it but actual service is very much like a cheap hotel where any and all requests are met with "that will be a X charge. Would you like to leave a tip?"
