Pros: The stay at Arena was great. Everything is organized and i loved the tours they organized. I had a room upgrade with beautiful sea view really lovely welcome. I could specify service of Deepshika at the reception she was really nice, smiling and helpful all the time. All guys that are taking photos during the tour are really nice and patient. The day of check out i had late departure and they offered me a room to have shower after swimming free of charge. They will come at the speed boat arrival to pick you up with luggages and also during check out they will bring you at the speed boat and help with luggage. Really great experience !

Pros: Location: perfect since its just Infront of bikini beach Commendation to the following individuals: 1. Angelica-she was very detailed in answering my queries prior to arrival. 2. Rizan-he welcomed me with a big smile at the airport. 3. Deepshika-was waiting for us at the jetty port and assisted me in check-in. She is very welcoming! 4. Mr. Manager at the excursion-(sorry I forgot his name) he made sure that I will get the best experience. He offered me reasonable excursion prices and he properly able to manage and arrange smoothly the excursions. 5. Aslam, Raffy and Simatte- these guys are superb! Safety first during our sharks point excursion. Their teamwork is wonderful that made the excursion fun filled and memorable one. 6. Mae- she assisted me when I asked for extension for my stay. She is excellent in providing quality service at the reception. She was able to upgrade my room for my 1-day extension in a room with a sea view. 7. Khrys- her customer relation skills is remarkable. She made sure that I will be able to enjoy Maldives more by recommending places to go after check out. 8. 4 men whos waving goodbye at the jetty port-sad to leave arena, but I was surprised when the staff who dropped me at the speedboat were waving goodbye to us. The gesture is very appreciated. 9. Drivers- who drives safely and bring us to our destination, thank you so much! 10. Buffet waiters, servers, live cooks- thank you for making sure that the buffet is always full and clean away from flies, crows and cats! 11. Housekeeper of room 3305 and 5502- I never saw you. Thank you for cleaning my room everyday. you guys work behind the scene and you make my stay in the room comfortable. All of the staff deserve a big THANK YOU for making my first Maldives experience a memorable one. I believe I want to go back to Maldives Bec of staff who effortlessly work from their heart! Thank you soo much!

Pros: Close to the bikini beach. Ac was blowing cold.

Cons: The rooms are destroyed, not even close to the pictures. The beds have holes in them, walls are destroyed, Ac leaks. Breakfast has some variety but the food is low quality and ends pretty fast.

Despite the uncomfortable bed we had a pleasant stay because the hotel staff and crew are very nice and friendly.

Pros: Very good location being close to the beach. The hotel staff were very warm and friendly. Ethelbert(buffet), Mae (reception), Zihart(candlelight dinner photographer)they go above and beyond with there exceptional service to make 2 stay memorable as I was celebrating my birthday too.

Cons: Our bed was composed of two single beds joined together to make it double, one side was very sagged making it uncomfortable to sleep. Plus the aircondition wasnt cold enough, adjusted down to 18C but feels like a fan only.

Overall the accommodation is acceptable , the best location on the island .

Pros: The view was amazing from the room. The location is perfect.

Cons: The rooms are not well insulated , you can hear every word from the neighbours , the cleaning staff start cleaning the floors early , you can hear everything , as the walls are not well insulated . The mobile rings , talking , all listening unfortunately , because of this we could not sleep in the morning . Also , we should somehow exterminate the insects , because we killed two cockroaches in our room .

Great location but poor experience with Hotel.

Pros: Place is located next to beach. Easy access.

Cons: The agreed-upon speedboat pickup from Male (near Ceylon Bank) was scheduled for 5:00 pm. However, the boat did not arrive until 6:44 pm, causing us to waste the entire evening and miss the beautiful Maldivian sunset. When the boat finally arrived, the driver did not approach the pier, forcing us to shout loudly to get his attention. After he returned, he parked the boat far away, requiring us to jump from the pier onto two other boats to reach ours with our luggage. None of us knew how to swim, and it was nearly dark, making it a very frightening experience. Additionally, the room had a strong unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom. Although we reported it to reception, they only provided room spray instead of addressing the issue with better housekeeping. Very limited breakfast option, barely nothing for my partner who is vegetarian. Title: Disappointing Experience in Maldives Additionally, it's disheartening to note that despite having visited the Maldives several times before, this particular trip left much to be desired in terms of overall satisfaction with Arina hotel service.

Pros: Amazing view from the corner balcony, probably the best on the entire island of Maafushi. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Cons: Sometimes the hotel organizes concerts and beach parties that take place until 11pm. At that time, it will not be possible to rest peacefully or sleep in the rooms. Keep this in mind when traveling with children who need to go to bed earlier. The rooms could have more space to put clothes, because there is none at all, everything has to be stored in suitcases
