    Disappointing

    Cheap room with good staff but rooms need to be better

    Pros: Good for budget travellers. It would be tough to find a cheaper room in the locality. Staff is very responsive and helpful.
    Cons: Room and bathroom were both tiny. The room was also dusty and it felt that there was some kind of mold. They also need to declutter the room.

    Pros: Extremely nice and helpful staff, perfect location and very cute place with character, would definitely stay again!
    Cons: Its pretty small, room has not much space to leave clothes/suitcase, but that's to be expected

    Value for money, amazing location

    Pros: Perfect location 2 min walk from the train station. It was clean, good value for money and the receptionist Ken was helpful in providing tips on food / coffee and must sees in Tokyo
    Cons: Nothing I didn't like, it was perfect for me

    Wonderful

    Lovely, friendly, kooky-hip conversion of an old salaryman's business hotel in an amazing location

    Pros: I really love Shinjuku Gyoen, and having access to the shopping around Shinjuku Sanchome, but not being right in the thick of it, is great. Likewise, being able to walk to Yoyogi and Harajuku, without being stuck 'right in there', makes this an outstanding location.
    Cons: the bed mattresses are a little cheap. This is fine for short stays. I feel like if I were there for a week or so, the mattresses would start to bother me a little. As a place for short stays in Tokyo, at this price point, this place is hard to beat.

    Wonderful

    Great stay for a solo female Traveller

    Pros: Location was first difficult too find but once found it was very good located. near Shinjuku station and sanchome metro station. 7 Eleven and family mart around the corner. Clean and tidy. My room was perfect for me, with two it would have been too small.
    Cons: Only down side was the air con which even when turned off made a noise (I guess it was the air filtering or something like that)

    Amazing location to Shinjuku and hipster vibe

    Pros: Amazing location close to Shinjuku and easy access. Affordable. Hipster cool vibe and different from other places. Coin laundromat at the ground floor. 7/11 and family mart 2 min walk. We also liked how hidden this gem was as we felt like living among the locals. 5 the early mornings, you see locals walking their Shiba.
    Cons: The room is tiny so if you have big luggage and you are staying there 2 keep that in mind. We had 65l backpacks both and small backpacks, and it was messy. The bed is also small if you are used to queen or king size it's not the most comfortable sleep you will get. It's around 120-130 cm compared to 160cm or 180cm to keep in mind. By the end of our stay, we got used to it as you sleep under one blanket. I guess you snuggle more, too :D

    Pros: The staff at the hotel are very nice and answer all your questions Although the room is not big, but warm and comfortable, and hotel is in a very good location and is very convenient to go anywhere. I will choose this hotel next time I travel to Japan again

    Pros: An artsy, bohemian property that is well located making it easy to get around most within of walking distances to shopping, attractions, eats & drinks.
    Cons: No elevator but that it understandable.
