    Pros: Nice Staff and Hotel.
    Cons: At dinner the food was very bad. They were monotonous, tasteless and unseasoned. They weren't very tasty. As if the food was prepared by a dilettante, not a chef. The meats were also raw, tough and completely tasteless. It is recommended to change the chef to a chef who can really cook for the sake of the kitchen. The cold food was ok and the breakfast was also good.

    Cons: No free drinks during dinner, could have been at least free water. Few evenings the entertainment was too loud for us.

    Great little Gem, not perfect, but good value

    Pros: Location, staff, breakfast, spacious apartments Nice little beach 5 mins away, however go to Platja Estanys, 15 min walk but superb.
    Cons: Buffet dinner lacked variety (not enough sea food and fish, surprising for a hotel almost on the beach). Had to pay for water at dinner which is a little unfair considering it's included at breakfast

    Excellent place to stay on a family holiday.

    Pros: Hard working staff both in the dining area and bar next to the pool. Very helpful reception staff and they always greet you with a smile. Excellent breakfast and dinner served. Less than 5 mins walk to clean white sandy beech. Apartment cleaned every day. House keeping staff work really hard. Overall a very good holiday destination for family.
    Cons: Gym room outdated and equipments not in working condition . Sauna was not great. No steam in SPA room.

    Highly recommenable family hotel

    Pros: Very modern and family friendly. The buffet is one of the best we have ever tried. The pools are nice, as well as kids club. Close to the beach.
    Cons: The cafe service at the pool at midday could be improved - a little slow.

    Pros: Director and staff very helpful and attentive to guests needs, to find alternative solutions in case of need. Breakfast and dinner SUPER Very close to the seaside and city center. Strictly recommended

    Pros: Lovely apartments. Close to nice beach
    Cons: Staff were rude , make error with bill for drinks and then rang 4 times after checking out looking for payment after explaining we had paid cash for drinks night before .

    Pros: Apartments were a good size, bathrooms recently refurbished. Location was excellent, 2 min walk to supermarket and 5 min to the beach. Food was a good standard and lots of choice at breakfast and dinner.
    Cons: Apartment itself was a little tired, could do with some modernisation. More sun beds by the pool would be helpful.

    Cons: The main pool area was great, but the other pools were bla lack of greenery. Access door to the second building was gross and a sliding door should be considered

    Location doesnt have much to offer

    Pros: We really liked the pool. The food had a good variety, it was tasty. Family friendly.
    Cons: Room was a bit dated, but clean overall. Kids club was a big disappointment, since our child really liked to play there, but it is was closed most of the time. The lady who works there said that she has monday and wednesday off. I get it, everyone needs days off, but they should hire a person then who can cover those days for her at the Kids club. The location itself we found too boring for us. Not much to see, nothing really to do. Small beach, few good restaurants and Aquarium.
