    Pros: Reception team was extremely helpful and friendly. And location was good
    Cons: We only used ones hotels buffet for a dinner. There was quite big choice but in our opinion the food provided wasnt tasty and waiters/service staff was unfriendly and rude (one staff member laughed at my face when I asked for a water - he didnt bring the water at all). We stayed there for 7 days, we had towels changed everyday even though we didnt ask for that. Instead the floor should have been swiped and sink/toilet cleaned. I would recommend at the end anyway

    Pros: Overall outlook of the place and friendly staff. It was very comfortable to stay here. I really liked the kitchen.
    Cons: Nothing much. It could be a tiny freezer together with little fridge for ice creams as an extra feature.

    Great stay, location was perfect for families, close to restaurants, beach ect. Would return.

    Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, family friendly, great apartment.
    Cons: Breakfast wasnt to our liking, sausages in particular werent very nice - poor quality overall. While the kids loved the pancake machine and pancakes we were a little disappointed there was no Nutella but a not very nice chocolate sauce! Expensive for what we got.

    Cons: We were on the ground floor by the pool . Was very very noisy until 1:00 every morning. We were too near the music snd entertainment . If you have kids or a light sleeper choose a room further away .

    Pros: This was a very good hotel in a great central location close to everything you need for a great family holiday. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is a really good size with a pool side bar. They have a small shop on site in the lobby which is open 24hrs a day which is a real plus. They have a daily entertainment plan to suite all ages. We only stayed here for 2 days/ 1 night and the price was very cheap, however this was very good value for money and we would definitely return.

    We had a fabulous time and woukd go back

    Pros: The pool was lovely, food was lovely at the pool bar and all of the staff were amazing and nothing was too much for them
    Cons: Too many stairs but I was aware of that when we booked. The staff did change my mums apartment to one with less stairs.
