This hotel has seen better days. Apartment poorly equipped and not very clean.

Pros: Surrounding area is safe and nice , spacious apartment

Cons: No hair dryer, some lights don't work in the apartment and though requested on first day they never changed the light bulb. They gave me hairdryer on request but took it next day (!?) and never returned it again!? Also no single glass in the bathroom and even though promised they never brought one single glass for the bathroom too put my toothpaste and toothbrush in. Also no toilet brush and flushing system is awful. All windows are very dirty. Kitchen has zero equipment, not a single pot to cook a tea, no oil, slat or pepper, nothing. No privacy in kitchen at all, no curtains.

We really enjoyed the staff, but the accommodations left a lot to desire

Pros: The staff members were awesome. They tried their best to accommodate us. The breakfast was good and the staff helped us with our diet

Cons: The room's decor was very depressing and the bathroom smelled very bad. The gasses from the floor drains emitted very bad sewer smells. They tried to repair it, but it didn't work. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the windows didn't hold back any sounds. The room didn't have air conditioning, so it was very humid and hot at times. The balcony doors didn't have screens, so at night, when you left the doors open, mosquitoes would enter and feast on us. I could not sleep well at night. Very uncomfortable for us.

A good hotel for a short stay, but terrible for a longer stay because it is very noisy.

Pros: Very clean rooms and very friendly daily and housekeeping staff. Good breakfast with proteins.

Cons: The first floor has a small bar that becomes a place for conversations, disturbing the sleep of those on the second floor. The night staff does not answer the phone.

Pros: The pictures before booking. Front desk staff very helpful. Big beds. Perfect hot water!

Cons: I dont like complaining because I Work on tourism too. But we couldnt regret more once we were in the hotel Loud location, some construction going around and started at 7am with heavy machinery. Loud cleaner, just one of them, very nosy, got mad at us several times. As a person that works in tourism I would have said things much nicer and professional if I was her Two bedroom apartment: Super small rooms. Difficult to move around. The bathroom, imposible to fit comfortable. Worse the shower. Had to shower against the wall. My sister was on a double suite that one was MUCH nicer. Super beaten up facilities, dirty windows, curtains, floor outside bathrooms with humidity problems. Wet carpet, destroyed tiles and furniture. Not nice. Internet SUPER SLOW we got a signal amplifier provided by front desk person. Breakfast was good for meat eaters, no vegan options besides the fruit.
