Pros: Dinner, breakfast and lunch were great! The waiters at the bar were very helpful

Cons: Snacks were limited at tea time. At a given point, there was no milk tea, no non veg snacks. Drinks at the bar were limited. There are lots of pigeons where the tea was being served and same was unhygienic. They were sitting near the snacks. Also, they were flies covered with the cakes. The sink was broken in our room. It was blocked, and while brushing our teeth at night, it overflowed. We called at the reception to inform, but no one came even the next morning to repair same. There was a man serving the beach towels, quite old, he was very rude. We asked for 2 towels and 1 towel was not properly arranged and was quite dirty, with stains over it. These were the 2 remaining towels according to him. I asked politely looking at the conditions of the towel if same was not dirty and if I could not get some other towel. He told me rudely that he'll not give me dirty towels with a high tone. I told him that I only asked because of the stains on the towel which were not appealing at all. Maybe a slight improvement on the quality of the entertainment.

Mildly inconvenient paradise hotel

Pros: The location is amazing and the view from the property is unbeatable! The natural pool was beautiful and all the facilities were well maintained. There were a few really helpful staff who told us about the bus schedules and helped us with a la carte order and made sure we were comfortable.

Cons: The room was a little small, while the balcony was massive. There wasn't enough communication regarding the meals - we were told they don't serve any vegetarian dishes at the burger bar but we found a couple of options on the menu. They don't accept a la carte for dinner and only serve buffet, which wasn't communicated in advance. We weren't given drinking water in the room because it was a "breakfast only" booking - again, this wasn't communicated in advance. We were charged Rs. 100 for a water bottle, which is just insane! In general, the communication policy can be better.

Pros: The location of the hotel is good. The sea sight is amazing. Breakfast is ok, I would just appreciate to have more local food

Cons: When we arrived at 4pm, the room was not ready. It was ready shortly after doing the paperwork. When we visited the room, the cot bed was not there so the staff lady said she will ask someone to come and install it. After goind to the reception at 6pm and caling them again at 7pm, they eventually installed the cot bed just before 8pm. Also the cleanliness of the room is varying depending on the person doing it. Some are very good and some other seems not to care a lot. Very expensive for the experience we had.

Pros: The hotel has nice garden and it is located next to the beach which is a bit rocky for swimming. Additionally the view from the room was nice. Poolside was also good and it had infinite pool atmosphere.

Cons: Room was a bit dirty and need renovation. Also the meals very disappointing so we ended up eating dinner at other restaurants.
