Pros: Conveniently located close to Stanford Hospital and near lots of shopping centers. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet area.

Cons: Cable wasn't working in our room, but we were too tired to care and fell asleep fast. The AC was making a loud noise periodically but stopped once I turned down the thermostat.

Good value for money

Pros: The guy at the desk was really nice and helpful. He even let me check out an hr later because of my flight time. Close to supermarkets and the main theatre district.

Pros: The courtyard was very nice. The rooms were clean.

Cons: The beds in the double/double were soo close to each other and the wall - that the person sleeping closest to the wall basically has to crawl to the end of the bed to get out. Right on a busy road and parking was awful.

Pros: The position of the accommodation has been very useful for us: you can easily take the train to San Francisco, and the station is within walking distance. Moreover all around you can find shops and supermarkets. The room is furnished in an outdated style, but everything was ok for a quick stay. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Unfortunately, they have been very impolite and I am sorry to say so, but this can help other travellers. They told us to leave the key at the front desk at the check-out and that everything would have been fine. So we left the room at 4 a.m. to take the plane, and we left the key as I wrote. After 24 hours, I received a message from my bank: they charged me for 100 $. I have contacted them asking why since we left the room in a nice shape with nothing missing or nothing damaged at all. They told me that they found the toilet seat broken: this was not true at all !!!! I explained to them that this was false! We are honest people, if this had happened we would have told them! We have travelled a lot around the world and it is the first time that we have faced an unpleasant situation like this. It was completely insane! But, they answered just repeating the same sentence and as a prove, they sent me a picture of a toilet dismantled with a piece of paper written with the number of the room (seriously? -.-). Of course, I cannot prove our innocence, and simultaneously, what they sent me is not proof that the toilet was broken (as it was not!). Anyhow, they didn't want to give our money back. At this point, I have contacted the Booking.com administration, but apparently, the word of the Hotel administration is worth more than mine: Booking.com told me that they couldn't help me. My idea is that the Hotel charged me a random cost for a random broken item and that they faked completely it, "certifying" that it was our fault with a useless picture. What could I have ever done once left San Francisco for the other side of the world? Next time, I would definitely insist on checking my room in my presence before I leave whatever place even at 4 a.m.! Honesty does not belong to this place.
