Pros: Very big, cozy room with large bed. All was clean, comfortable. Very good breakfast- everything was delicious, with a beautiful view.

Cons: Little bit old fashioned room and hotel. Indoor pool was not working. The nois from the road was quite high. Shower hand holder was broken.

Honestlypoorest 4 star Ive ever stayed in. Been to better 3&4 stars in developing countries.

Pros: There was an indoor pool and outdoor pool. Internal lobby decor is beautiful, best thing about the hotel. Area is nice, not too far from Lisbon centre or Cascais. 6 minutes drive to some nice beaches. TV has many stations and options, if you a football lover, many stations to watch.

Cons: Hotel room was poor not very 4 star to be honest. Standard queen bed was smaller than expected so sleep wasnt great. Blackout curtain had mould on it, which wasnt pleasant. No ventilation in bathrooms so a steamy shower will wet the whole bathroom. Very thin walls, could hear next door always. Towels had hair in a fair few times which was gross. Cleaners start at about 8:30/9am which I think is a little too early, vacuuming with the room doors open so you can hear everything, no lay ins here! Bar was poor, if you could even call it that, its just a few bottles on a shelf, not much selection really, theres no atmosphere thats relaxing so never got used, we just bought water for the room. Never really saw other guests use it either. Breakfast is poor, so glad we didnt pay for it for the whole stay and just had it the first day. Not a huge selection, can get breakfast locally thats better for same price. Not enough loungers for customers in both pools. Found hair in pool towels as well. Staff service is average, no personal greetings when they see you, its overall just really average. You can tell theyre just there to do their job. No love in the work. You cant iron your own clothes and have to pay for them to be ironed which in itself is annoying but even more so when there was nothing in the room to advise this ie hotel booklet, although staff swear there should have been one in the room. I think it should be classed as a solid 3 star, 4 star massively oversells it. Didnt hate the experience but just wish Id booked somewhere else for an extra 100 that would have been better. Not really satisfactory when other hotels looked better for not much more money now thinking retrospectively.
