Very tiny room, dirty bathroom,

Pros: Balcony, having breakfast in the balcony of the room Quite room Closer to main attractions

Cons: Very small room - Storage space: one tiny wardrobe with 3 hangers where we were only able to fit 2 coats and 4shirts. Two small drawers - bathroom: the curtains were not long enough so the bathroom floor was flooded after having a shower, shower wall and curtains very dirty, shower control panel was very hard and almost impossible to turn on or off the shower. Toilet lid did not fit the toilet seat size. - mattress was deformed on the right side. - room phone didn’t allow us to dial so we have to go downstairs to order breakfast to have it in the room. - restaurant seating was very small and sitting in high stools where the legs were standing was very uncomfortable. Hence we opted for having breakfast in the room. Today Sunday was impossible to have breakfast downstairs. It was full. - breakfast menu: bread very hard (like a rock), coffee didn’t taste good - staff: cleaner entered the room after trying to explain to her we didn’t want the room to be cleaned that day. She caught us sleeping and even though we try to explain to her, we will not be vacating the room sooner, she stood there and she came back 15min later. No show of respect. There was no sign of “Don’t disturb” to leave outside of the room.

Pros: The property was modern and clean with an excellent location close to the major attractions in Paris. Floret and the other staff members were helpful and knowledgeable about the neighborhood.

Pros: The staff. Both Manny and Felicity were helpful and very professional. They have good recommendations and very attentive to my requests. And the location is perfect.

Cons: The lack of basic amenities. Luggage rack was a hustle to arrange when I asked hotel to prepare. The cleaners don’t often refill the cotton pads and amenities for my bathroom after each day clean up. The windows are not very good at noise cancellation. During early mornings I can hear garbage truck banging and the party goers departing the club in the very early morning next door.

Pros: The location is perfect ,near to everything next to Champs Elysees ,very safe place near to the presidential residence All the members of the staff are very professional and kind and ready to help you out. We met Sofia many times and she was willing to find us a taxi, to help us with reservations to restaurants,to offer a coffee, to keep up with everything the cleaning staff has forgotten to leave us . The towels were clean and fluffy and changed every day. The toiletries were Sotheys and really good . You have your own espresso machine and free capsules every day of a high quality Every day free bottles of water as well are provided to the guests convenience

Pros: It is a small hotel, with an excellent location, with all the comforts to spend as many days as you need. Also, the attention of the hotel staff was excellent.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and courteous. Many thanks for the support. The rooms were very nicely furnished. We slept well. The location is good. You can reach a lot by foot.

Cons: I think the price is too high. Even though the rooms and facilities are great, the hotel doesn't have much to offer (restaurant, gym for example). Breakfast was also not included at over 500 euros for two nights.
