Pros: I mean it was available when others were not.

Cons: Check in was a pain, it was extremely loud all day, and there was an extremely strong smell from the cleaning that almost felt like it was covering up a worse odor.

Good conference hotel with easy access to the great outdoors and the City.

Pros: This is a classic big business/conference hotel so has all that you'd expect - good rooms, a reasonable restaurant and bar, plenty of parking and some additional services to make your stay more pleasant. As an entry point to Luxembourg city this was perfect for us. A bus stop right outside the hotel made travelling in and out of the city really easy and easy access to the ring roads made our coming and going very easy. The hotel is also situated near some lovely woods which made for a lovely walk.

Cons: Very expensive breakfast - we didn't partake. 'Smokers corner' is right outside the front door so if you time it wrong you enter or exit through a cloud of smoke

Boring but clean hotel with poor customer service.

Pros: Its a very large somewhat anonymous hotel but appears relatively freshly renovated and modern. It does have good facilities including two swimming pools and a large car park.

Cons: The staff, in particular the woman who checked us in. When we returned from an evening meal we asked for two extra pillows as the room only had a total of two. We were told that housekeeping had gone home and that we should have asked earlier she then suggested she would check the back room behind reception. How she expected us to think that there would be pillows there I dont know. In the end she told us again that we should have asked earlier and was of no further help. For a four star hotel the room should have had extra pillows anyway but when we asked the only answer should have been Ill send them up to your room there should have been no excuses or argument but in the end it turned out to be such a fight that we gave up.

Cons: We are put in a room without aircon just a small poor fan. The room was very hot.

Pros: The hotel is modern and clean.

Cons: There were a lot of things that bothered me: 1. Internet was slow almost non working 2. There was no kettle in the room to make tea and coffee and if you want to get hot water you get charged 1 euro for hot water ( this is 4 star hotel and hot water is a basic service) 3. The house keeping doesnt respect the do not disturb sign on the door - two days we went out and did not want anyone to enter and the person entered - why we have the sign then 4. There was a team of teenagers karate players on a camp they were running and knocking on doors all night and when we complained the receptionist answered they are kids there is nothing we can do. Well there is something you can do big groups have a tour leader or someone in charge you call him and tell him that people from your group are disturbing other guests 5. The hotel says they will block 3 euro from your credit card as guarantee ( ok thats the policy )- we had breakfast signed to the room and then the amount got deducted/blocked I was not even asked. When checking out the staff said shall I unblock it and you pay another way. Well the amount should not be blocked in first place since the card details are there already
