Amazing, comfortable, fantastic

Pros: Hotel Maripins was fantastic. We stayed here for 7 nights and the stay was even better than we expected. The check in was smooth and the staff were very polite. The room was everything we needed really. Not huge but adequate. There was a single bed and a double bed when we only needed the double which tightened the space a bit but wasnt a problem really and the bathroom and shower were to a very high standard. We choose to have breakfast included and after reading mixed reviews we were skeptical but the breakfast exceeded expectations. We choose the early slot of 8am and there was usually a queue from about 7.45. But that was fine the staff were quick and polite and once inside there was no problems. There was a huge variety from the usual hot food to fruit, cold meats and even fresh crepes. The bar and pool area was perfect always got a sun lounger in the morning and the bar staff were a delight. Outside the door and you are on the main strip as we called it left and right were all the shops, restaurants and everything you need. The beach was directly across the train track and there was various points to get across. Overall we had a delightful stay, the hotel definitely deserves its 4 stars. We are already considering returning to here again.

Cons: Since last year the Hotel now offers All Inclusive. This meant some people eating/drinking all day long and it is a lovely hotel and is better than that!

Cons: Food it's not for a 4 stars hotel. You have to pay for water at lunch and dinner even though you paid for full board. They provide water just for breakfast. Most of the staff behave like they are force to be there.

Good but group of rude Dutch teenagers!!

Pros: Excellent hotel with fabulous staff and location!

Cons: On our visit, there were large groups of Dutch teenagers. We couldnt work out if they were on their owner or with a school/ college. They were SO rude to other guests but mostly to staff in the restaurant. Complete lack of respect, one boy mimicking other guests and a girl just taking things from another table! This is not the fault of the hotel; just really bad parenting our own 17 year olds were horrified. Utter rudeness and disrespect, the dining room looked like a plague of locusts had attacked it! Unfortunately, I dont think said individuals or parents of those will ever know as they certainly wont be bothered at all!!!

Pros: Room was very clean, nice food. House keeping staff very friendly. Great location.

Cons: Not enough loungers by the pool, didnt get to lie by the pool once as other guest were aloud to reserve loungers with towels and then go away for hours leaving none empty to use.

Nice place for kids

Pros: Climat in Lloret de mar is perfect. Hotel is close to beach and there is a middle size swimming pool with three different arrears for the guest: around the pool which is closer to the bar, on top of the restaurant which is isolated from most of the noise and it is perfect for bigger groups and front side which is on the picture and it is very quiet and nice view to the street, see and pool. I recommend this hotel for kids. Confortable beads, WC and bathroom are isolated.

Cons: WC are not very isolated from the rooms and smell can spread around the rooms. Missing some basic facilities e.g. we lost a tower during a night because there is nothing that can seriously attached and hold them! Internet in rooms are not stable, most of the serious things had to be done closer to reception.
