Cons: This is one sad place...seems really on its last leg. Decor and furniture in urgent need of update, bathroom fittings ca.1960s...very stern messages to forbid consumption of food and/or beverages in hotel room. This is 4star? More like a youth hostel where the management does not trust the guests to have manners...breakfast just barely ok. Would NOT recommed...

Cons: Everything is out of date, literally (it's like back in time).I think renovation never happen. Shower and bathroom supersmall,no water pressure. There is no other hotels in Novara so no choice!!!

Pros: The location is kinda good; not very close to the station, but close enough to the city center. The check out personnel was kind, and the cleaning staff too.

Cons: To start with the idea that I didn't get the room that I booked, with no view!! The hotel is very very outdated furnished! The staff, the one that I met was not very nice and with so much attitude! I don't really think it deserves 4 stars, and the night is quite expensive, and to top that with the no delivery rule which makes no sense. I was expecting more
