    Pros: staff is very kindly , place was amazing resption staff with manger upgrade the room from studio to bed room for free room was very clean and amazing really with only 150Aed for bed room thanks al manar hotel spicial thanks to Mr michael Mr pjanood Mr Mohmed Rafie to your good help and kindly attitude

    Pros: The location
    Cons: No view to the street or balcony. The reception staff attitude, he was not hospitable, not smiling, not helpful. Only one room key provided even though we were couple in the room. No sound proof. The TV was very old and no channels and it took 4 days to replace it. The Parking is not easy to access, very difficult to find empty slot. There is no elevator to the parking after 10pm until the morning and the only way is to use the stairs. The pillow not comfortable. The bathroom ceiling and walls painting damaged and dirty and has molds. We asked the receptionist to provide us with receipt or any invoice or proof of our stay but he declined to provide.
