Cons: AC wasn't working in the room and we requested to fix the issue many timed but they delayed with fixing it and they changed our room to another one and it was dirty. Very bad experience.

Very smelly rooms and disgusting hygiene

Cons: The room smelled bad, the carpet had disgusting smell and had multiple spots were food or something got stuck on it. The bathroom looked like it had mild and there was a spot next to the door where there was a family of gnats that wouldnt leave. The sheets were not clean and overall a very bad experience the smell from the room would just not go away no matter how much perfume or air fresher was used
