    Look around bit of extra payments you can get way way nicer hotel, this is not 4star

    Pros: Beautiful building, good access to the ocean
    Cons: We as a guest arrive same time, no food no water offered, 3 hours check in at the reception. Didnt get what we booked ,instead ocean view Ive got a downstairs ashtray smells garage view.. Than other pool view without air conditioning. Finally pool view.

    An oasis of peace and tranquility with a twist of fun and humour

    Pros: Very comfortable and particularly appreciated the air conditioning in my room (others werent so lucky)Staff were both polite and friendly and went to great lengths to resolve some minor issues. It was also peaceful at night and although I dont normally like loud music when at the pool I found the music easy listening and enjoyed it. The added bonus was how close the beach was to the complex

    Staff is great, so is the location but the property lacks some of the most basic things.

    Cons: No wifi in the room!!! Can you imagine!!! Terrible AC No complimentary water No mini bar They dont have irons in the room and u have to pay to get ur stuff ironed. No tissue papers, or dental kits

    Pros: Nice pool and along the beach side
    Cons: The AC didnt work at 50C days, so nights were hell. Fridges didnt work either. The pool music was the same every day and very very loud, so the hotel garden was not relaxing.

    Wouldnt recommend, try Prestige ou Allegro.

    Pros: - Pool was good - Animation staff its what essentially keeping the boat a float.
    Cons: -Expensive to eat in the hotel in general. -First room we got was dirty with brown water and hairs in the bath tub. Spiders in the furniture. We asked to switch to another room. -5mins in the hotel we almost got scammed by one of the reception staff when paying a bit of extra for a better room. I saw him cancel my payment through card and he said:card doesnt work but I told him to do it again and I kept the atm machine with me until the payment was through so he couldnt cancel again. -Food was tasteless and almost aweful. Only the Snack-bar food and the international dinner was okay. -Wi-Fi is garbage, only good connection in the lobby. -If you tell them something is not right or good like food or something, they will be agressive to you and answer in an unpleasant way. -tv had awful connection. Like no clear channel. -no air conditioner or fan in the room - very poor overall entertainment - in a full week experience we played mostly darts, which was fun, but thats it. Only one day we had aquagym. Overall very poor experience. Wouldnt recommend and I feel bad for some of the staff that are actually very nice and deserve more, i.e., animation team, servers and cab/luggages handlers.

    Very good

    Pros: The food was delicious. Loved the aqua gym. Staff very friendly. Especially Toto (aqua gym instructor) & Saeed ( Entertainments manager).
    Cons: Too noisy around the pool for my personal taste otherwise great for young families. Not enough entertainment on the premises.
