Cozy, kind staff, and we...

Pros: The staff is amazing!!! Nice decorations in the lobby. 10 dollars of snacks daily when you book. Pet friendly. Great location! Reasonable price for stay. Free cucumber water in lobby.

Cons: Conference room is only open until midnight, and the lobby is small, so there isn't a big area to hang out with friends we were staying with at the Fifty. Tubs are slow to drain. Wall paper in bathroom needs updating. No pool.

Pros: I like the set up of the room. Very spacious, nice interior, bathroom and kitchen was nice

Cons: I didn’t like prior to my arrival I was having some trouble with the card I was trying to use which was a debit. I was speaking with Ralph and was trying to get it all situated so I can just use my CC, however he terminated my reservation and told me he couldn’t accommodate me because they were sold out. Which was a lie! I got a new reservation through booking and was able to proceed with my stay, should I have gone to another hotel yes because it was obvious he didn’t want me to stay there but I wanted to give them a try. When I was checking out I had asked to speak to Ralph but he didn’t appear one time even though he was the hotel manager, I just wanted to say thank you for the stay.

A really great experience. Highly...

Pros: Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we were able to control the temperature of the room easily with the thermostat and the ability to open windows as needed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us - reasonably quiet but still close enough to the places we wanted to see, and there was a subway station nearby.

Cons: Housekeeping came by one morning around 9AM but we hadn't left the room yet, and apparently that was our only chance for the room to be made up. She did bring us more towels, but I wish they could have given us a bit more time if that was the only opportunity for housekeeping to come.

Pros: Nice location; safe area; stylish hotel; very clean. Has a great second floor lounge where you can work; socialize or watch tv.

Cons: Rooms are typically small in NYC, so definitely go for a room with king bed

Poor

Pros: Staff member saved the rating as he was so vibrant and provided excellent customer service.

Cons: The room was Disgusting. Dirty curtains, walls had splashes from unknown substances as well. Bathroom was the same and the Carpet smelled like it was wet. I asked for a room change which they did however I don' have enough words available to discuss that.
