    Overall great price, great staff and would stay again.

    Pros: They were very accommodating. We didn't arrive or reserve a room until 1am and did not realize until we had arrived, that technically our booking was for the next night. The staff was more than helpful with getting us in that night. Room was clean. We had the one with the private bathroom. I personally think the extra 10 dollars is worth it.
    Cons: If you aren't used to it the neighborhood can be a little intimidating. But even at 1am there wasnt anyone out in front of the building like there had been in previous stays.

    I was moved from the Adrian to Bay City at the last minute as I boarded a plane headed to SFO

    Pros: Nothing. I never actually stayed at the Adrian, because I was moved to Bay City (128 Jones St) at the last minute. I was boarding a plane LAX bound for SFO, and got the text that I was being moved to Bay Hotel, at 128 Jones St.
    Cons: Not being moved at the last minute. This is something that I have never encountered in any travels anywhere. Though Bay City was not that much farther from where I had to be in SFO, I would have preferred to have not been moved at the last minute.

    Never again!

    Pros: Being away from the hotel.
    Cons: Stained sheets on arrival. Only 1 flat pillow, no bathroom light, shower was cold up until last 2 days of stay, very loud noise and music and sirens from outside all night and regular arguing, banging and screaming inside during the night. Twice I asked for extra pillow and both times never got any. Very bad ghetto neighbourhood. Felt uneasy the whole stay.

    Pros: Got moved to bay hotel, a little closer to the train station.
    Cons: Unfortunately the fan did bugger all, the room always felt like a sauna and in summer you dont really want that. And not really the properties fault unless long term residence had a couple child crying until 2am most night and what had to be the father yelling. Maybe have families one side and couples another

    Cons: Bad area to stay terrible outside and neighbors are all rough around the edges there was no towels bed sheets were stained shower need shower shoes and the curtain on the shower was filthy sirens all night long people screaming and fighting thru the night

    I was solo traveling so I was a bit scared in that neighborhood but if Im going 2+, I would go again in this hotel bc i

    Pros: The receptionist was really nice and offered his help anytime. He even upgraded my room without any extra costs!
    Cons: The room was a bit dirty though. And the location of the hotel is very bad. Its I think the worst quarter of the city, bc there are many homeless ppl and drug addicts. Anyway within 5-10 minutes you are at the union square and 15-20 minutes away is the fishermen wharfs.

    Cons: The hotel is in Tenderloin square, one of the most unsafe parts of the city. The images posted on the website are deceiving and it is unhygienic place. The sheets have blood and other fluid marks along with bed bugs. Please avoid this hotel always.

    I send it up and what I didnt like about the property and I dont have any photos because I drove off from when a stran

    Pros: Nothing I didnt even end up staying at the hotel. I didnt even get out of my car that is how horrible it was.
    Cons: Well, I didnt like about the age range is the simple fact that it was false advertisement what is on the pictures is not at all what the hotel looks like. There is a bunch of homeless people, thugs, and all other sorts of stuff going on I couldnt even get out of my car without somebody trying to approach my car and asked me if I was buying illegal substances Not OK at all ! , I was not expecting what I seen. Lord knows what would or could have happened if I are my daughter and niece and her boyfriend got out of the car it was that bad.
