Cons: First room we were put in - only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no spare, the coffee plates that were in the paper bag were dirty with a dirt teaspoon as well. Can clearly see the bench tops had not been wiped down. Went to reception regarding this, they offered to change room or wait for a cleaner to come around. Opted to change rooms as we had 3 young kids with us. Second room was better cleanliness wise, still with a few not so great things, stains on coffee cups, no teaspoons, so clearly they did not restock the amenities after the previous occupants. Back board of bed had what was a mixture of dust mould and what clearly was mouse droppings. We advised reception , they came up and said that they had issues with ceiling its now been fixed but it just looks like they missed that part in cleaning. There was no offer for this stuff to be cleaned up. I have a 1 year old that I spent the 3 nights with trying to pull him away and keep him away from the back board. You had to go to reception to be able to get toilet paper or more towels, no one comes around during your stay to refill or to give you clean towels, empty bins or at least give you some extra bin bags. Ive seen a lot of comments about this place needing to update and renovate. From what I saw with both these rooms, they just need a real deep clean and fix what is broken. There are a lot of parking spaces but by evening you barely find a spot. There is a massive tree in the middle of the parking lot it blocks off about 2 spots and the other side of the tree youll find it really difficult to park

Cons: The TV remote was missing a battery. The tea cups weren't clean even though they were wrapped in a paper bag No hand towels to use for our 3day stay. No microwave or toaster. Accumulated dirt in room, not very clean!

Pros: Conveniently close to the highway but a bit tricky to turn into or out of depending on which direction you're going (U turns required). Great parking out the back if you have a larger vehicle.

Cons: If you are staying on the upper level and facing the road, bring earplugs. The traffic noise is very loud.

Cons: Old and worn out rooms. We stayed here 20 years ago and I dont think anything has been updated or upgraded since.. very disappointing as this place has so much room and potential - just needs some $$ pumped into it to make it fit for people to stay in.

Cons: Lost our booking claimed they didnt have it in their system, then tried to charge $171 for a room that wasnt being let out because of a damp smell (mould behind door) finally agreed to $150 which was more than the $141 we got on this site but had no choice but to accept.

Cons: Seems cleanliness and room set up has declined markedly in last year or so.. Only one cup, with coffee residue left inside, hair in shower area, dirty towels left in bathroom. Probably an oversight!

Towels were thread bare and nothing got refilled ie milk. Very tired stains in the bare and a bit grubby all round
