Pros: I liked the attention of the staff, good place to spend the night. Excellent quality-price reference, highly recommended.

Cons: There was only one person to hand over the keys and check-in, the hostel was full and one person at night cannot do everything. They could hire more staff. Then two people arrived at the hoatal at dawn and there was a problem regarding the choice of bed, it would be good to make it clear: a: that the bed can be chosen. or b: that the bed number is written on the card. (although I understand why there was only one person to carry out the entire process) however, there may be clients who do not understand that.

Was not happy about my booking, will not book again. Very bad hotel wirh nothing in the room.

Cons: Facilities and the room was not perfeclty clean, shampoo was emoty, just small towels. No water cooker in the room, no water, no tv just radio. Pet friendly, needed to pay for the pet but didnt get bowls for pets food and water. Very bad service. Very loud, you can hear everything whats going on at the neighbor room and the corridor. Will not book again.

Cons: Upon arrival we could not get into the car park before checking in, then the room key didnt work, had to go back and forth to reception. The reception area is quite intimidating late at night.

Cons: I really like the network of hostels A&O throughout Europe. The first time I met him was in Copenhagen. It was 2017. I remember how pleasantly surprised I was by all the comfort, the beautiful design of the rooms, the comfort of the furniture and especially the cleanliness. After that, I visited such hostels A&O in different cities of Germany and everything was wonderful. For the first time I'm disappointed unfortunately. Everything is fine with the hostel, the problem was with the cleanliness of the room. It felt like no one had cleaned it for a very long time. There was a dirty window, an unpleasant smell from the toilet, the heated towel rail had to be washed before hanging the towel because there was a layer of dust on the surface. What's going on there, guys? Do you have enough staff? I can come to your work and show you what real cleanliness is. Just call. Does your staff not know how to do their job correctly? Maybe they need additional training? I dont know what you have there, but I know for sure that this is impossible, this is the wrong course of the ship, which leads in the wrong direction. I wish the Administration to reconsider the problem, I hope that this was a one-time incident and I was just unlucky. I really hope that the problem has not become systemic because this is a road to nowhere. Have a good day everyone.
