The staff make this a really great stay

Pros: Great staff, so friendly and accommodating. Good location, with a great breakfast. The building is an old building so to modernise it would ruin the character but this does mean old floor boards and only 3 lifts. It wasnt a problem for us and we would stay again.

Pros: Central location made it easy to get around. Loved all the features of my suite, and the unique design of the building made for a very quiet stay.

Pros: Great service, comfortable spacious rooms with giant bathtubs, location is close to everything!

Cons: The rooftop was under construction, should be nice once its done.

Cons: Room small and definitely not as clean as I would expect. Breakfast was quite poor. Hotel and facilities definitely not maintained properly.

Perfect Location, Clean Rooms & Friendly Service!

Pros: perfect location; easily accessible to many tourist locations, buses, subway, etc. Clean, tidy & the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

Cons: The breakfast wasn't the greatest - Scrambled eggs were really wet
