A quiet one star hotel with a bed, toilet, and kitchen.

Pros: I liked the location, pool, hot tub, and staff. The grounds were clean and nicely landscaped. It was a quiet place, besides the helicopters and ambulances from the hospital next door.

Cons: All of the outdoor seating fabric had tears and stains. The fabric on the chairs in the kitchen were falling apart. The shampoo caddy hanging on the shower head was very gross. There was mold around the bathroom window. There is no fan in the bathroom and it was cumbersome to open the window. The room had an unusual damp feeling to it. Paper products had a damp texture. The dampness would dissipate if we left the kitchen window open throughout the night. The heater on the wall didnt blow warm air. (I assume its AC and heater?) There was only one pillow and one towel for each of us (my husband and I). Im used to hotels giving 2 of each. I probably could have gotten more if I asked? IMO Pedestal sinks in hotel bathrooms are very inconvenient. A surface to set stuff on would be better. There was a small cockroach on the stove that I saw a couple times during my stay.

Pros: Love the mid-century modern design. Pool, hot tubs, outdoor areas great. Went for one night to sleep after hiking San Jacinto. Location great and slept great.

Cons: Just little things like the room was roasting when we first entered. The air conditioning unit then went on to chirp like a cricket was in the room. Itd be nice if there was someplace to put toiletries in bathroom (only a pedestal sink).

Pros: It was beautiful ! The Jacuzzi was open till 12 oclock at night . You can walk to everything.

Nice enough mid-range place to relax and stay, but in need of a refresh.

Pros: Location. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice retro modern design and outdoor seating areas.

Cons: It was probably a wonderful place to stay when it was new. Nice design of public areas. However, all of the upholstery has become frayed and/or stained. We had a problem with the door key cards and so did other guests. Indian Canyon Drive is very noisy.

7 Springs Inn & Suites is an attractive hotel, well appointed, and comfortable.

Pros: The grounds were very well groomed, tidy, clean. The hotel overall has an attractive layout and the architecture is very Palm Springs. We really enjoyed the large courtyard, and the spa pool! We took advantage of the outdoor couches and fire pit. My room was large and well appointed. The bed was comfy and I was very happy with the room. It was easy to request room service and the staff is friendly and professional.

Cons: I would have appreciated a few more towels. I got one washcloth, one hand towel and two bath towels. Also it was a bit noisy being on a busy street (not the hotel's fault). Parking in the lot is sometimes an issue.
