Pros: The location is great, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Very clean and quiet environment.

Cons: The property needs a facelift, broken jacuzzi and rusty water. The jacuzzi jets around the property dont work well, the pool water is very cold. The food served is ok but is not that great as shown in pictures. Basic and nothing fancy or delicacy.

Pros: We LOVED the all-inclusive aspect of this hotel. There was much more included than we even expected, like activities and shows on the weekends. Also, the staff were EXCELLENT and so kind and provided exceptional, friendly service.

Cons: Some of the meals were medicore, but given all the alternative options available, it was not a major issue.

Pros: All inclusive food and drinks were great! the Food tasted really good. The staff were very accommodating to make special vegetarian food. Resort is very beautiful and green. Pleasant place to stay.

Cons: Hotel charged $18USD wifi per day. Only for two devices. Internet is basic facility and should be complimentary.Also include for all devices in one room. 2. When it rains, the whole floor inside the room became wet. They should have better roofing.

Pros: Location close to best Tulum spots. Save money on all inclusive breakfast and alcohol because Tulum can be very expensive.

Cons: No beach access but had a sand water front area with cabana beds. Some of the ac vents are directly on one side of the bed and it can get very cold.

Pros: Good drinks, relaxing mood, fun atmosphere

Cons: Getting your food can take a very long time, so order a lot right at the start and be prepared to wait 30-45 min. Also, the walls between rooms are very thin, so if you have very noise Neigbors like we did (we had a large group of noisy girls next to us who we could hear every word of when they were in their room), then being ear buds. Also if it rains, there isnt too much to do/places to relax.

Pros: We loved the pool area and cabanas! Food and drinks were good! An easy spot to bike to other areas from!

Cons: We didnt understand that the taxi back from the beach was paid by us unless we came back at 3:30! It wasnt a bad fare but we didnt know before!

Cons: The food was terrible, I had to go eat to a nearby restaurant the second night. For hundred u s d per couple per day... the food should be amazing! I changed hotel after two days and for half the price the food is amazing as well as the rooms.

Pros: The rooms were beautiful and luxurious and the public pool/bar space was amazing, as were the bar and restaurant staff. The ocean views are lovely the whole venue is very relaxing.

Cons: This venue had a few extra cost services that probably shouldve been included in an all-inclusive package, e.g. access to WiFi and laundry services incurred extra costs. You also had to organize your own transfers to and from the airport yourself (with what little WiFi access you have!). The meals werent as amazing as I expected either. There was a spa available for massage, facials etc. but the prices were EXTREMELY expensive. Also, there is very little beach access, its very rocky and they often close access altogether with particular weather conditions so you have to leave the resort to enjoy the beach.

Cons: We couldnt get hot water, WiFi is crazy expensive, a rat fell out of the ceiling onto the table next to us at dinner one night, the towels and bedding were cheap & uncomfortable, some of the food was awful!
