Relax in the national park

Pros: It was nice! National park with animals and birds. But house was old, one door for Mosquitoes didnt work , cottage is number 11 and a little bit dirty floor.

Absolutely loved Yering Cottages, I will definitely go back.

Pros: It was wonderful to have some local / organic produce for breakfast. The view was beautiful.. to wake up in the morning to all the birds singing and watch the kangaroos grazing.. Then in the evening you build your fire in the lounge and just relax. We were attending a wedding so we didn't get to relax and enjoy as much as we wanted. So there will definitely be a next time

Cons: The road leading to the cabins; the road is narrow difficult for two cars to pass - although there isn't much traffic the thought of an on coming car is scary. Also, it is a bumpy road.

Overall it was a beautiful place with the quiet secluded surrounds and the wildlife was great!

Pros: The setting at Yering Cottages is beautiful and the wildlife a bonus, with kangaroos everywhere!

Cons: The only issue I would say is having the cottages need updating. The lux website doesnt really match up with the actual state of the cottages. The wooden floors and outdoor deck need a good polish and the colour of the cottages updated or repainted, then they would look like the images on the website. The roadworks on Victoria Rd made for a painful time getting around as we had a wedding 10 mins down the road which became a 30 minute drive due to having to detour half way around the world!

Pros: We loved that breakfast was provided and special bags for the children with snacks and colouring in activities. It was wonderful and we all felt special.

Pros: Staff were brilliant at reception. The cleaners had left it absolutely spotless, seriously these Angels deserve a pay rise

Pros: It was exactly as the picture showed ! Even down to the kangaroos sleeping in the lawn. It was well equipped, peaceful and close to everything I wanted to do

Pros: New and spacious nestled in a beautiful area. Loved the supply of food for breakfast, very handy!

Cons: One thing I could suggest for safety reasons, the hot water is set too high. I think 50 degrees is a safer max temp .

A really nice cottage in a great location.

Pros: The rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a nice healthy option. The cabins are in a very quite peaceful area with great walking tracks.

Cons: When went to use the BBQ the gas bottle was empty so we needed to get that replaced. It would be good if they could be checked regularly.
