    Generally excellent value for money...

    Pros: It was a really good experience overall ! Particularly the breakfast - it was amazing !
    Cons: The only issue we had was the Aircon not being controllable from the room and the curtains not being blackout.

    Nice Hotel, good bar

    Pros: The hotel is in a very good location and close to all major attractions. The room size was quite good and the extra bed was also ok. The Breakfast menu is good, with the live omlette counter. The bar was also very nice.
    Cons: When we were in the Prague, it was quite warm already, day maximum 24 degC and the room air conditioning was only heating the room. When we contacted the reception, we were told that, the cooling is on only in summer months and not in end of march-beginning of April. So, only thing we can do is shut down the air circulating system. Now doing that, made that rooms very suffocating. When we wanted to open the window, we found that for opening the window, we need to sign a form at the reception. This, was weird. In no other hotel, we have ever signed any forms for opening windows. As we were there for 3 nights and eating the same breakfast menu for 3 consecutive days became very monotonous. The menu should have at least some changes. The bell boys do look forward for tips. Please keep some change in local currency with you.

    Pros: I loved the location which was close to the metro, the river, cafes, restaurants, craft beer bars and lots of places of interest. The breakfast choices were good.
    Cons: Had I taken my son who has autism, he may have struggled with the bright lights, glass and mirrors - sensory overload.

    Very Good

    Great stay in the heart...

    Pros: The hotel was clean, well staffed and very alive. Close to everything. Great breakfast buffet offering. Newer / modern look
    Cons: The AC is controlled for the whole hotel and it was quite hot, we had to open the window (for light sleepers like me - even birds chirping wake me up, it didn't bother my partner)

    Lovely

    Pros: Location of the hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and a really comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower were lovely and the toiletries were nice. The choice at breakfast was excellent and the hotel lobby/communal areas were really lovely.
    Cons: When we booked the hotel we selected the option for breakfast which was only €10 extra for the whole trip. Our friends did the same. On arrival, our booking did not include breakfast even through our friends did. Reception refused to help, blaming booking.com for the error. Booking.com stated that the hotel were the only ones that could resolve the issue. So it felt like ‘piggy in the middle’ with both blaming each other. It was incredibly frustrating as our friends booking had the breakfast included but no one was willing on either side to resolve our issue. Therefore we had to pay. I would strongly recommend checking your booking carefully as neither the hotel or booking.com will help you to resolve this even if they make a mistake.
