    Pros: Lovely hotel close to Hakata station. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Amenities like tea bags, slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste are available on the second floor next to reception for free. The breakfast buffet was incredible - many Japanese and Western options. The bonus was the onsen downstairs, perfect at the end of the day. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend.

    Pros: Location of hotel. Onsen free for use beside the hotel.
    Cons: Onsen is public. Would have been nicer if it was private onsen for hotel guests only. No safe in the room. I know this is only a 3 star property but having a safe should be a standard featu

    Great location, value for money and the only place you can enjoy hot spring bath in Hakata.

    Pros: Great location. Staffs were kind and well communicated.
    Cons: The pathway from the carpark to the hotel was not easy to find as a non Japanese speaker but once found, it was not a problem at all.

    Good standard hotel with easy pedestrian access from Hakata Station with a wonderful onsen

    Pros: The location was excellent, two blocks from Hakata Station, so easy to wheel your suitcase there. It was a modest hotel, but scrupulously clean and because I had chosen a superior double room it was quite spacious. I liked having a small laundry at the end of my corridor. At breakfast there was a wide choice of dishes. But the thing that raised this hotel above its moderate business hotel peers was the attached / adjacent public onsen which I find is not so common in Japanese big cities. It was an excellent onsen.
    Cons: I can't think of anything.

    Disappointing experience compared to our first time visit.

    Cons: While onsen water remained good, the management should improve to ensure the users privacy. A few users were not considerate and even using phone facetime in the changing room. This happened when my wife was using the onsen. The reception staff refused to call up taxi service for our departure claiming the taxi was busy in the rainy day.

    Pros: Place was clean and quiet. The bath was authentic: peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was superb!
    Cons: The staff was polite and quite helpful, but in the special case of trains being cancelled due to heavy rains, they could not give me any helpful information.

    Nice last minute stay

    Pros: Breakfast was great! Buffet had a wide selection of items. Did not get tired of it after 3 days. Location was good. 10 minutes from train station. Lots of convenience stores close by and even found our "favorite new" Izakaya. Enjoyed the hot spring bath.
    Cons: The front desk staff could have been friendlier. Not sure if it was a language barrier, but requesting a late check out then asking them to hold our luggage after check out seemed to be very cumbersome for them. It took awhile to accomplish these tasks, the second not getting done. Would have been nice to have the hot spring in the main hotel instead of next door.

    Cons: No air-conditioning. The staff kept telling me the air-conditioner is working but due to weather won't provide cool air. But I suspected the air-conditioner is not working because no air came out at all.
