We really enjoyed our stay here !

Pros: Everything was spot on Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and well facilitated . Variety of food bathrooms had basic toiletries, clean towels and warm water House keeping team was active and cleaned room daily. Pools were clean with enough sun-beds.It was a nice hotel with great value of money .

Cons: Food has huge variety but taste can be improved. Sometime theres a sewerage smell at night which disturbs a bit

Pros: The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, particularly those working on the pool bars that would work in the restaurant either side of their pool shifts. There was a great variety of foods day-to-day. The room was spacious, comfortable and cool! The shuttle bus system to the beaches and market was very easy to use. The whole site is kept very clean and tidy for guests.

Cons: I didnt realise when I booked that the property wasnt beside the beach, as I saw the beach pictures and assumed it was beach-side. However, that is my mistake!

Great Anniversary

Pros: The food was great and delicious. They had a nice variety of food during the three meals. The stuff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room and we did an early check in. The hotel has free parking. Our overall stay was memorable and we did enjoy it.

Cons: The hotel is not beachfront but they offer a bus ride everyday to the beach. And truly the beach is not that far.

Pros: Professional staff, delicious food with variety,

Cons: Need to have more more dates for night trips for Old mMarket and Neama Bay. Payment policy needs to be revised and changed, I face many issues while my reservation on booking which is canceled by the property for a reason invalid credit card, which isn't real. Also as Egyptian, my payment is in EGP, why the cost is discharged in USD which will be resulted in additional 10% costs for Payment by a foreign currency. I believe this policy needs to be revised.
